| The existing high-speed railway express trains are greatly restricted by passenger trains.It is inflexible and difficult to organize.The traffic volume is scattered,and freight infrastructure is insufficient,which leads to a disadvantage in competition with other transportation methods.As a result,the market share is very small.Based on the fast-growing transportation demand of express delivery and the successful development of high-speed freight trains,this paper studies the operation plan,timetable and transportation plan of high-speed railway express special trains under the influence of passenger trains.The main work of this paper is:(1)Summarizing the main contents and analyzes the influencing factors of the high-speed railway express special trains operation.This paper proposes a forecasting method of express transportation demand by high-speed railway special trains between cities.At the same time,analyzing the technical conditions of high-speed freight trains and repair skylights quantitatively.In addition,based on the time and space constraints of the passenger trains timetable on the high-speed railway express trains,this paper proposes the necessary conditions for inserting high-speed railway express trains between adjacent passenger trains.Combined with the safe arrival and departure interval time and interval operation time,the feasible arrival and departure time collection of high-speed railway express trains at each station is calculated.(2)The set of feasible arrival and departure times simplifies the model difficulty.When building the model,only the safety operation constraints between the high-speed railway express trains need to be considered.Based on the transportation demand between cities,this paper establishes a two-layer model to study the operation plan,timetable and transportation plan of the high-speed railway express trains.According to the transportation demand in different development periods,the upper model takes the shortest total running time and the largest transportation turnover as the objective functions to obtain the operation plan and timetable.The lower model takes the shortest transit time as the objective function,and determines the flow distribution principle of trains,which obtains the transportation plan.The genetic algorithm combined with the capacity limit allocation method is designed to solve the problem.By setting a large variation probability,the stop time of the special trains at each station is minimized.Departure time adjustment rules are designed to solve the running conflicts between special trains after genetic manipulation,which improves the search efficiency and convergence speed of the algorithm.(3)Beijing West,Shijiazhuang,Zhengzhou East,Wuhan,Changsha South,and Guangzhou South on the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway are selected as the starting stations of the high-speed railway express trains.Based on transportation demand in different development periods,taking the transportation demand in 2022 and2027 as examples,and output the results of the special trains.Analyzed from the dimensions of operation plan,timetable,transportation plan,stop time,section flow and loading rate.In the initial stage,three special trains can meet the transportation demand between cities.After establishing the brand advantage,affected by the passenger trains timetable,four special trains complete the transportation task between cities,and the demand satisfaction rate reached 92.01%.Based on the results of the special trains in different development periods,the recommendations for the special trains are given from the perspectives of short-term,medium-term and long-term. |
