As the core component of an electric vehicle,the power battery’s operating state always affects the cruising range and safety state of the electric vehicle.An accurate assessment of the battery system of an electric vehicle can correctly guide the operation and maintenance of the electric vehicle,and improve the service life of the battery and the cruising range of the electric vehicle.In view of the current status of battery testing and evaluation,such as large demand for power battery evaluation and long testing time,this paper proposes an offline testing and analysis scheme for power battery in maintenance scenarios.Assess,locate battery faults,and provide battery pack maintenance recommendations,thereby reducing the operation and maintenance costs of electric vehicle battery systems.This paper designs and implements the battery data monitoring device,the battery data interaction center in the system.The main research contents are as follows:This paper firstly studies the source and flow of electric vehicle battery data,introduces two channels for data acquisition under the condition of the whole vehicle,and clarifies the reliability of the data monitoring device acquiring data from the On Board Diagnostics(OBD)diagnostic interface and effectiveness.In addition,the framework of the power battery offline detection and analysis system and the functions of each module are introduced in detail,and the offline detection process of the power battery is designed based on the vehicle maintenance scene.According to the function and design requirements of the data monitoring device,the structural framework of the hardware system is designed,and the chips used by each module are determined and the circuit design of each part of the functional modules of the system is carried out.The circuit design includes the OBD interface circuit,power supply circuit,The main control chip circuit,CAN bus communication and 4G module,and some anti-interference designs are added to each part of the circuit.The software function requirements of the data monitoring device are analyzed.According to the software development scheme of this paper,the Linux operating system is installed on the virtual machine VMware to build an embedded development platform.On the basis of the designed hardware circuit,the development of hardware drivers such as WIFI module and 4G module is completed.And according to the communication function requirements of the data monitoring device,the design of the relevant communication link is completed.Then the power-on flow and data recording flow of the data monitoring device are designed on the logic layer.Finally,based on the battery data monitoring device that has been implemented,test verification is carried out on different models.This paper takes a new energy passenger car as an example to verify and analyze the function realization of the data monitoring device in the power battery detection and analysis system.The results show that the device basically achieves the expected function and has certain application and engineering value.
