With the intensified competition in the global market and the continuous improvement of consumption levels,the demand for personalized customization has become increasingly prominent,requiring the production system of enterprises to have higher flexibility while achieving production goals.As a new highly flexible production organization model with multi-skilled worker as the core,the Seru production model has been researched and applied in the electronic manufacturing industry.However,with the intensification of random demands in terms of product variety,batch,and delivery time,higher requirements have been placed on the formation and operation control of Seru,and how to conduct research on the formation and operation control of Seru that considers multi-skilled worker configuration under random demand become a key issue facing the current Seru production model.In view of this,the thesis puts forward higher requirements for the flexibility and rapid response capability of the production system in view of the random market demand.On the basis of combining the multi-skilled worker configuration to give the production system higher flexibility and other functions and characteristics,the random demand the Seru production system in the environment is the research object,with the goal of improving the rapid response capability of the Seru production system in the market environment and reducing the system cost.The research focuses on the integrated method of the formation,scheduling optimization and production control of the Seru production system(MWRD-Seru)considering the multi-skilled worker configuration under random demand.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the existing research status at home and abroad,focusing on the random market demand of the Seru production system,the connotation and characteristics of MWRD-Seru are defined and analyzed,and then the overall operation of the system with the system architecture and operating mechanism as the core is studied.The framework provides overall support for subsequent research.Next,aiming at the formation of the Seru production system in the random demand scenario,according to the overall operation structure of MWRD-Seru,a multi-objective stochastic optimization model of the Seru production system is constructed with the goal of maximizing the service level and minimizing the cost of employees,and deciding the number of Seru and different skills The number of grade employees,the skill level of the employee.An optimization algorithm based on NSGA-II is designed to solve the model.The sample average approximation concept is used to generate a large number of scenarios,and the average performance of different decisions in multiple scenarios is evaluated to reflect the formation of Seru in random scenarios,and test the balance between cost and service level through numerical examples.Then,on the basis of completing the formation of MWRD-Seru,aiming at the problem that the existing Seru production scheduling optimization method cannot guarantee the maximum production balance,combined with the batch segmentation factors,the Seru production scheduling optimization model is constructed with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time,and the optimal product batch allocation scheme and employee job allocation scheme are determined.Integer programming method is used to divide batches,an improved hybrid particle swarm algorithm is designed to solve the model,and numerical examples are used to verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.Finally,combined with the above research results,the MWRD-Seru production management and control prototype system is designed and developed.Combined with the actual production scenarios of the enterprise,the integrated method of MWRD-Seru formation and operation management and control proposed in the thesis is verified.The results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed in the thesis.
