In recent years,under the national double-cycle development pattern,China’s logistics industry is in a golden period in the process of transformation and development,especially the business model based on e-commerce and other network trade has directly driven the rapid growth of express business.At the same time,the mainstream road transport mode does not take advantage of its transportation costs,unit turnover energy consumption ratio,etc.,and needs to be adjusted and optimized to meet the requirements of the development of the transport industry in the new era.The highspeed railway express transport may usher in a new stage of large-scale development because of its unique advantages in terms of time efficiency,environmental protection,safety and stability.At present,China’s high-speed railway express transport mainly uses high-speed railway stations for operations,and many high-speed railway stations in the beginning of the design,did not take into account the needs of freight,resulting in the lack of space for freight operations in high-speed railway stations,cargo distribution operations can only be carried out outside the station,and this brings the second security check of goods and other issues,to a large extent affect the efficiency of high-speed railway express transport operations.In this paper,on the basis of reviewing the current situation of high-speed railway express transport development and the theory related to logistics distribution center,based on the actual situation and research findings,we propose the idea of building high-speed railway express transport distribution center based on the existing railway freight station to serve the high-speed railway express transport distribution operation.That is,based on the distribution center,the railway staff will carry out unified security inspection,unified packaging and unified arrangement for the goods,and then send the goods to the high-speed railway station to complete the trunk line transportation,so as to optimize the tedious process when the goods enter the high-speed railway station and loading,and improve the overall operational efficiency.This paper focuses on the location problem of high-speed railway express transportation distribution center.(1)The development status of high-speed railway express transportation is studied,and the functional positioning,packing method and operation process of the model are clarified through the design of high-speed railway express transportation business model based on the consolidation and distribution center.On the basis of this,the advantages and existing problems of relying on railway freight stations to carry out high-speed express transportation distribution operations are discussed.(2)By analyzing the factors influencing the location of high-speed railway express distribution center,constructing the index system for selecting the location of distribution center,and based on this,combining the basic principle and application process of fuzzy clustering method,establishing the model of selecting the location of high-speed railway express distribution center with the existing railway freight station as the alternative location,and using the Beijing railway freight station as an example,using Fuzzy C-means Clustering algorithm and Python software to conduct fuzzy In order to determine the location of HSR express distribution center,the model was developed.In order to determine the required scale of the high speed railway express distribution center,the functional areas required for the center are studied in this paper,and the overall construction scale of the center is summarized by measuring the area of each functional area,and the method is verified with a specific case study.(3)This paper analyzes the expected effect of the location of high-speed railway express distribution operation based on railway freight stations,and proposes corresponding safeguard measures from the perspectives of system construction and multilateral cooperation to ensure that the location selection plan and operation mode can be carried out effectively and better meet the needs of high-speed railway express transportation distribution operation.This paper concludes with a summary of the findings,which provides a reference for further research on the site selection of high-speed railway express distribution centers.There are 15 figures,10 tables and 64 references.
