Abstract/Summary:
The Tactical Internet is a new type of military communication network born in the1980 s.It enhances the overall combat effectiveness of the army by connecting the sensors,weapon platforms and commanders in the battlefield environment.The construction of Tactical Internet is completely based on the requirements of combat missions.In network planning,it is necessary to take the tactical organization of the army as the framework,comprehensively consider the network responsibilities of each node and the specific service transmission requirements between each command level,determine the network connection mode of each subnet in the scenario,and finally ensure the effectiveness of battlefield service transmission.With the rapid development of the concept of Network Centric Warfare(NCW),the importance of Tactical Internet has increased.The scale of Tactical Internet is expanding and the network structure is becoming more and more complex.At the same time,the battlefield service performance requirements of each subnet are different,which makes it difficult to achieve efficient and comprehensive planning for the Tactical Internet only by manual means.Therefore,a software with the function of constructing Tactical Internet planning schemes according to constraint rules is needed to assist the planning process,which is also the purpose of this research.This article studies the comprehensive planning of Tactical Internet based on combat missions.The main research content and development work include the following aspects:Firstly,it analyzes and summarizes the Tactical Internet and its key planning elements.And based on the U.S.military comprehensive tactical communication network planning process,the standard planning process of Tactical Internet is proposed.Then,considering the complexity of the organization structure of the tactical Internet and the requirements of communication tasks,six network planning constraint rules are proposed,including tactical organizational constraints,network connectivity constraints,networking mobility constraints,network capacity constraints,service process constraints and communication capability constraints.At the same time,all planning elements in the Tactical Internet system are abstractly modeled,and a multi-stage Tactical Internet planning algorithm including " task demand analysis → network planning and solving → implementation of planning scheme" is designed and implemented;And then based on this theory,the Tactical Internet comprehensive planning system is designed and implemented.The planning system is composed of planning resource model library module,network topology display module,network planning elements management module,planning scenario generation module,simulation verification module and other functional modules.Finally,this article takes the brigade-level organizational system as the planning object and outputs the planning results to the simulation software for scheme verification.Experimental results show that the performance evaluation indicators of the planning scheme meet the requirements of combat missions and can realize the efficient transmission of information in the battlefield environment.In the research the method of Tactical Internet comprehensive planning method,this article proposes a task-based Tactical Internet comprehensive planning algorithm,designs and develops an autonomous and controllable Tactical Internet comprehensive planning software,which simplifies the tedious and error-prone network planning process and realizes the automatic construction of large-scale Tactical Internet planning scheme,It can assist Tactical Internet planners to quickly plan and deploy communication schemes,which can be treated as an reference value for the development of Tactical Internet.
