Referenced the research of the Tactical Control System(TCS) principle System, the MissionPlanning Technique of Tactical Control System has been studied.The development status of TCS and the latest headway of Mission Planning Technique forUAV have been introduced. The system ability, the Levels of interoperability and theinteroperability with external C4I of US Army TCS have been described. The station of TCS infuture UAV systems has been discussed.The connotation of Mission Planning of TCS has been analyzed particularly. The fouraspects content of Mission Planning of TCS has been described. The main idea of some commonroute planning algorithm has been introduced. The estimate benefit and the estimate risk costhave been discussed. The logic model of Mission Planning of TCS has been established.Path Planning for UAV Based on Probabilistic Roadmap Method has been studiedparticularly. The realization of the main idea and the steps of Probabilistic Roadmap Method weredescribed elaborately. Three aspects improve have been made to conventional ProbabilisticRoadmap Method. The improved algorithm is accord with the demand of TCS. The simulationcompare between improved algorithm and conventional algorithm has been done. Theconclusion of the improved algorithm has been described.Three aspects of interoperability interface of the TCS Mission Planning Software have beenintroduced. The interoperability interface between TCS Mission Planning Software and externalC4I systems-Common Route Definition (CRD)-has been described particularly. The composingand the form of CRD have been discussed and a demonstration of CRD has been introduced.At last the TCS principium system has been described. Referencing a detailed mission plan,the TCS Mission Planning Software and interoperability interface of TCS Mission PlanningSoftware have been simulated. The route re-planning has been simulated particularly. Thesimulation result has been analyzed.
