In recent years,the “Belt and Road” initiative proposed by China,and leading enterprises in various fields have joined the “Belt and Road” route,which not only bring high-quality products to the energy,infrastructure and other fields of the countries along the Belt and Road,but also for domestic enterprises in the international market has brought excellent opportunities and challenges.As is known to all,economic development can’t be separated from the construction of electricity,with the saturation of power station installations in China,Related fields of enterprises can’t wait to develop abroad,the technology and prices to establish themselves in foreigner markets.However,the conditions faced by foreign-related projects are complex,and the implementation of the project is influenced by many factors,such as different races,political backgrounds,cultural customs,etc.,which make the risk much higher than that of domestic projects.In order to reduce risk and protect the fundamental interests in the project,it is of vital theoretical value and practical significance.HE-Corp is the leading enterprise of high-end equipment manufacturing,this paper takes the risk management of the 660 MW ultra-super-supercritical coal-fired project of the J power plant in Pakistan contracted by HE as the research object,first of all,through consulting the relevant books,periodical s,the project risk factors are identified and the risk system list is established.By analyzing and evaluating the risk of this project is combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Finally,starting from the actual situation of the Pakistan-J-Power-Plant,the risk elements are formulated,the project risk monitoring system is set up,the implementation risk of the project is effectively controlled,and the overall level of risk management of HE project is promoted.Through the study of risk management of the J power plant project,this paper effectively avoids the risks and disadvantages that may occur in the project,guarantees the asset safety and fundamental interests of the enterprise,enables the project to be successfully implemented,c ompletes the production node on schedule,and finally achieves the economic goal.At the same time,the research can also be used to improve the project risk management level of HE,which has high theoretical and practical value for enterprise development,and also provides some reference and guidance significance for Chinese companies to participate in the risk management of the "Belt and Road" related projects in Pakistan.
