Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the structural adjustment of China’s engineering industry and the promotion of the “One Belt One Road” initiative,more and more Chinese engineering companies have accelerated the pace of “going out”.The “Belt and Road Initiative” is a major policy dividend for the foreign engineering contracting industry.With the rapid growth of overseas investment by Chinese companies and the strengthening of international economic exchanges and cooperation,more and more Chinese companies are adopting the EPC model to undertake international projects.China Railway Construction,China Construction,China Chemical,China Communications,China Land,etc.have taken the expansion of overseas markets to a new strategic level,and the business of overseas markets as an important part of the business of the entire group.Risk is at the same time as good.International engineering technology is complex,the implementation cycle is long,capital investment is large,performance requirements are high,and due to international competition,political crisis,local social and economic conditions,laws,inflation,regulations,natural disasters,labor,social culture,religious beliefs,customs The influence of factors such as habits and intellectual property rights makes international engineering projects extremely risky.The “One Belt,One Road” international engineering EPC project is under the influence of many factors.Compared with domestic engineering projects,the risks faced by the project are more and more complex.It is urgent to develop and establish a rigorous and scientific risk.Identification,evaluation and management systems.On the basis of qualitative analysis,this paper introduces the AHP method and applies the judgment matrix to risk assessment of international engineering EPC project risks.This method is effective for risk assessment and quantification.At the same time,the “One Belt and One Road” international engineering EPC project risk event list was established,and the AHP general contracting project hierarchical hierarchical model and the international engineering EPC general contracting project risk evaluation comprehensive weight matrix were established by using the analytic hierarchy process.The Shahjalal Fertilizer Project was analyzed by examples.The project is a typical project of EPC project in China’s "one belt and one way" international project,which has important strategic significance for Chengda Company.The Shahjalal Fertilizer project will further explore the risk identification,evaluation and response strategies of the “One Belt,One Road”international engineering EPC project,and provide reference for the risk management of the “One Belt,One Road” international engineering EPC project,which has certain theoretical and practical significance and can be used for some international engineering contractors.Provide an important reference for overseas investment.
