In China’s urbanization construction and sustainable development,improving the quality of residential buildings,promoting the transformation of new industrialization,and reducing energy consumption have become important trends in future residential development.Combined with the current situation of large residential construction volume,poor quality and high energy consumption in my country,integrating architectural design and technical application,and promoting new industrialized residential buildings with flexible space,low carbon and energy saving are of great significance to the improvement of residential building quality in my country.Based on the adaptability to residential needs,this study takes a single-storey detached house as a research prototype and relies on the 2021 China International Solar Decathlon Competition(2021SDC).The design and practice of the prefabricated solar house is carried out according to the idea of "planning research-scheme design-scheme implementation".The main research contents and results are as follows:Planning and research: The article firstly analyzes the internal and external conditions of the project,clarifies the main components of the design body,and puts forward the design concept of this project.That is: to design and build a prototype of a prefabricated solar home that meets the 24-hour daily living needs and the living needs of the family’s 35-year life cycle-"24·35 Ho using Home".Through the study of relevant theories,literature and cases,the research summarizes the design strategies of residential adaptive design,industrial construction and energy utilization,collects information and summarizes experience on relevant successful practice cases,and forms a set of systematic design methods and case library,and further put forward the overall design strategy of "24·35 Ho using Home".Schematic Design: Translate the overall design strategy into an architectural language.Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the competition,the research explores the specific realization path of the prefabricated solar house based on the adaptability of living needs from three aspects: space adaptive design,industrial design,and energy utilization technology.Further deepen the formation of technical drawings,and guide the implementation and construction of the design plan accordingly.Finally,through the review of the whole process of project design and practice,reflect on the deficiencies in the process,and analyze its external constraints,so as to accumulate experience for the optimization and practice process of comfortable,industrialized and green residential design.Project implementation: Convert architectural language into construction language.The research summarizes and summarizes the whole process of realizing a prefabricated solar house that meets the adaptability of living needs in a short period of time from the four stages of "factory prefabrication-pre-construction-module transportation-on-site construction",which further verifies the operability of the planning scheme.Relying on the 2021 SDC competition,the research is aiming to explore the integration of residential adaptability,industrial construction and sustainable energy utilization technology.Provide residential design and practice methods that meet residential needs and construction requirements.To further improve the technical research of my country’s sustainable housing system and prolong the service life of residential buildings;it is of positive significance for the overall improvement of my country’s building quality and the green transformation of development methods.
