Nowadays,power batteries are widely used in the fields of automobiles,industrial power systems,electric vehicles and electric bicycles.The daily irregular use has brought a series of problems.To monitor the status of the power battery,a large amount of data has been collected,but there are few researches on the actual power battery data mining.This paper takes the data which actually used in the battery management system as the research object,and establishes a data mining model based on the association rule algorithm.Helps improve the safety and reliability of power batteries.The main research contents are as follows:1.Through a detailed study of the data mining process,careful comparison of various data mining algorithms,and according to the data collected in this paper,it is finally determined that this paper uses the association rule algorithm to perform data mining of the actual use data of power batteries.A data mining model based on association rule algorithm is established,and the validity of the model is verified by expert knowledge.2.Through the mining research of the data actually used in the battery management system,this paper finds that the internal resistance of the 10 th single cell in the power battery is higher than that of other battery cells,resulting in poor balance of the power battery.After feedback to the manufacturer to improve the production,it will help to improve the balance and service life of the power battery.3.In this paper,the basis for determining the poor voltage consistency of the power battery cell is obtained: in the charging state,if the SOC of the power battery is higher than the discrete level of the voltage,then the voltage consistency of the power battery is poor at this time;the power battery At high SOC and low current charging,the voltage consistency of the power battery is worse;during the low-voltage discharge process of the power battery,if the battery temperature is at discrete level 4,then the voltage consistency of the power battery is poor at this time.In response to these criteria,a balance strategy can be added to the power battery management system to improve the balance of the power battery and increase the service life and depth of discharge of the power battery.
