| In recent years,the frequent occurrence of extreme weather events brought about by climate change has brought severe challenges to the sustainable development of human society.The characteristics of typhoon weather are gradually changing in an extreme direction;The strong typhoon "Shanzhu" in 2018 is the most serious typhoon that has affected Shenzhen since 1983.Dameisha Seashore Park has suffered devastating damage and needs to be repaired and rebuilt;Dameisha Seashore Park in Shenzhen is selected as the research object of this paper.The analysis of typhoon weather adaptability planning for post typhoon rehabilitation and reconstruction is helpful to promote the sustainable development of ecology and society in Shenzhen coastal areas.By comprehensively using the methods of literature research,typology design research,field investigation,induction and deduction,theory and practice,the paper focuses on the planning and design level,explores the relevant theories and technical measures of Shenzhen Dameisha Seashore Park in response to typhoon disasters,draws lessons from the cuttingedge concepts and practical cases of domestic and foreign seashore parks in response to typhoon disasters,and analyzes the restoration strategies of the seashore park after typhoon disasters,Based on the analysis of the disaster situation of Dameisha Seashore Park,the direct and indirect causes of the disaster are analyzed from the aspects of the planning and construction of the park,the ecological environment and the current situation after the typhoon disaster.The design method of Dameisha Seashore Park to deal with the typhoon weather is explored.The restoration practice of Dameisha Seashore Park is explored by using theoretical research results.Through investigation,analysis and research,the following results are obtained:(1)The relevant theories and technical measures for mitigating typhoon disasters in the coastal park are mainly to mitigate storm surge,gale and rainstorm disasters caused by typhoon weather: in the offshore area,build marine ecosystem and coastline defense measures to effectively mitigate the impact of storm surge on the coastline;In the beach area,the construction of coastal windbreak belts and sand fixation measures on the beach can effectively mitigate the direct impact of typhoon weather;In the internal area of the seashore park,the construction and management of ecological practices of rainwater can effectively alleviate the impact of heavy rainfall caused by typhoons.(2)Through the analysis of relevant cases of post typhoon restoration and reconstruction of coastal parks at home and abroad,the design methods to deal with typhoon weather are as follows: repair the coastal ecosystem to slow down the coastal erosion caused by storm surges,build a coastal composite windbreak belt and sand fixation measures to repair the coastal ecological environment,build a rainwater management system in the park and integrate site landscape elements for rational development.(3)Through the investigation and analysis of Dameisha Seashore Park,the damage caused by typhoon disasters in the overall layout,transportation,greening and public service facilities of the park is clarified;Based on the current situation of the site,the restoration of Dameisha seashore park after the typhoon disaster should mainly focus on three aspects: the integration of the park site,public service facilities and greening;The restoration strategy should be wave prevention and disaster reduction,wind prevention and sand fixation,rainwater and ventilation management: the wave prevention and disaster reduction strategy should mainly avoid the invasion of waves and tides by building artificial coral dikes and wave walls.The wind prevention and sand fixation strategy should expand the construction of beach green belts,take coconut,Casuarina equisetifolia and banyan as the main trees,and select wind resistant,saline alkali resistant land combined with sand fixation fence to improve the sand fixation capacity,Rainwater and ventilation management strategies apply the concept of sponge construction to integrate the park site,and build natural ventilation earth covered buildings to mitigate the impact of typhoon disasters.(4)Based on the comprehensive application of theory and field research results,this paper explores the design practice of the restoration and reconstruction of Dameisha seashore park.Theory and practice are combined to guide practice.According to the shortcomings of the current situation and the nature based solutions to adapt to the typhoon weather,the park site is integrated and divided into four theme park areas: sea viewing stroll Park,core Park,heritage culture park and ecological enrichment Park,and the three restoration strategies of wave prevention and disaster reduction,wind prevention and sand fixation,rain water and ventilation management are designed and practiced. |
