| The law of the People’s Republic of China on the national economic and social development of 14 five-year plan and 2035 vision outline points out that the auto industry is the industry must rely on high quality development in our country,but under the wave impact of epidemic patterns have a significant adjustment of the auto industry,consumption upgrading trend is very significant,the consumer puts forward higher requirements on automotive products and services.The new generation of car buyers is placing more trust in new digital means and demanding new digital technology valueadded services from car companies and dealers.Therefore,how can auto companies quickly respond to changes in consumer demand,How to effectively transform traditional automobile enterprises into customer-centric enterprises,Then build digital tools from upstream to downstream,from internal operation to external collaboration,and pay more attention to high value-added digital capabilities is the key to success.In view of this problem,this paper puts forward A key node analysis method based on the characteristics of the pre-sales service of company A’s auto 4S shop and the causes of key problems.By combining decision test and evaluation test method and network analysis method,the importance and factor weight of key nodes are solved.Lay theoretical methods for pre-sales service key node analysis and data analysis in optimization.Then,digital technology is applied to design digital schemes for key nodes,optimize the traditional service system,improve team adhesion and precision ability.Furthermore,the implementation scheme of digital technology based on key nodes is applied.Finally,the effect of Company A’s auto 4S shop pre-sale service ability improvement program evaluation,Company A’s auto 4S shop pre-sale service status survey,using SERVQUAL service quality model with analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with statistical methods for A company’s pre-sale service quality quantitative analysis.After the implementation of digital technology improvement of Company A’s auto 4S shop,the effect of the presales service optimization scheme of Company A’s auto 4S shop was evaluated before and after,proving that this method has practical value of engineering management.In short,this thesis provides theoretical and methodological basis and practical guide for the pre-sales service of Company A’s Auto 4S shop,which has certain reference significance for the same type of digital service management. |
