| With the continuous development of secondary water supply renovation projects in old residential areas,limited by the difficulties in obtaining renovation investment and the selection of renovation standards,how to select renovation projects with different initial investment in the formulation stage of secondary water supply renovation projects has become an important practical demand.In this study,relevant data were collected on the main content of the secondary water supply reconstruction project through literature analysis,institutional investigation,questionnaire survey and Delphi method.Then,DEMATEL,ANP and value engineering methods are used to establish the evaluation model of secondary water supply reconstruction project with hierarchical structure according to the relevant national and local norms and the advice of industry experts,and the weight is allocated to the key factors and general factors.Finally,according to the fit degree of the key factors of the actual case engineering,a comprehensive comparison is made on the scheme design with different transformation strategies,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)Through an in-depth study of the development and system characteristics of the evaluation model of China’s secondary water supply reconstruction project,summarize which key factors should be prioritized in the selection of the reconstruction scheme to meet the high quality and economic secondary water supply reconstruction,so as to provide the selection basis for the implementation of the reconstruction project in the scheme optimization.(2)The evaluation system model of secondary water supply reconstruction project is established.The model is used to optimize the reconstruction scheme of the secondary water supply reconstruction project,and the value coefficient of multiple schemes is compared by quantitative and qualitative methods,so as to deduce which initial investment raising mode is suitable for different schemes,so as to promote the scientific management of the whole life cycle of the secondary water supply reconstruction project.(3)Through this study,the evaluation model of secondary water supply reconstruction project is theoretically explored,research data is accumulated,and relevant suggestions are put forward for researchers in the field of secondary water supply reconstruction project in terms of promoting technological advancement,effectiveness and new technology application.The above research results show the feasibility and effectiveness of establishing the evaluation model of secondary water supply reconstruction project,which can be used as a reference for the evaluation model of secondary water supply reconstruction project in the province and the whole country.At the same time,to provide guidance and reference for enterprises and institutions,with theoretical and practical significance. |
