Smart city construction is of great significance to urbanization development 、urban management、and citizens’ lives in China.Smart city is based on the exchange and sharing of information among various departments of the city,and uses an intelligent way to coordinate and cooperate with each other among various functions of the city to form an intelligent space.Smart city construction projects include planning,review,project approval,implementation,acceptance,evaluation and other stages.Project information management is a very important part of smart city project construction which poor and inaccurate information exchange will lead to delayed project progress,inefficient,and even management errors.Therefore,the authenticity,validity and traceability of project information play an important role in the success or failure matters of smart city construction projects.Blockchain technology is a distributed ledger database with the characteristics of decentralization,information immutability and traceability.The application of blockchain technology in project information management can ensure the authenticity of information,realize information exchange and information sharing among various departments,and has a qualitative improvement over traditional management systems.This paper analyzes the information management of traditional smart city construction projects,and points out that there are problems in the current project information management,such as insufficient information exchange between project stages,serious centralization,and non-sharing of information between different projects.At the same time,it designed the information management system architecture of smart city construction projects,selected Ethereum to develop system functions,and implemented a project information management system based on blockchain technology.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the existing problems in the information management of smart city construction projects,and point out that the current project information management has problems such as insufficient transparency,large tamperability,weak traceability,and inability to guarantee authenticity.In the stages of project planning,review,project establishment,implementation,acceptance,and evaluation,there are problems such as mutual isolation of inter-departmental information,serious management centralization,and information islands;There are problems such as less information exchange between different projects and difficulty in organic integration.All these problems make the smart city construction projects have greater discreteness,which reduces the efficiency and benefit of the smart city construction projects.(2)Analyze the demand for information management of smart city construction projects and the feasibility of applying blockchain,combine the technical advantages,data structure,and system framework of blockchain to design the information management system architecture of smart city construction projects,including project management planning,review,project establishment,implementation,acceptance,evaluation and other stages,and choose Ethereum to develop system functions,and finally verify the normal operation of each function of the platform by testing the system functions.(3)Taking Fuyang as an example,a smart city construction project supervision platform based on blockchain technology has been designed and developed that chose Ethereum as the blockchain development environment,and established Node nodes for participating members to be responsible for data upload and consensus work,so as to realize the Consistency and authenticity of departmental data and traceability throughout the project life cycle.In a smart city construction project,the transmission of information and the authenticity of the information during the whole life cycle of the project are the keys to ensuring the efficiency of the smart city construction project.Ensuring the exchange,authenticity,and traceability of information at all stages of the project,and increasing evaluation efforts can improve the effectiveness of project construction.This paper uses blockchain technology to build a smart city construction project information management system,which is of great significance for improving the level of project management,improving the level of smart city construction,and enhancing the use of financial funds.
