Research On Voyage Pollutant Emission Modelbased On ADS-B Flight Data

With the rapid growth of the global air transport industry,the pollution caused by aviation exhaust emissions has attracted great attention from governments and ICAO organizations.In fact,the emissions and trajectories of exhaust pollutants can be obtained indirectly through ADSB data.How to construct a voyage gas pollution model based on ADS-B data is a key factor for preliminary estimation of voyage gas pollutant emissions.This dissertation mainly studies the technical principles of aircraft ADS-B,including the hardware structure of the ADS-B system and the structure of the ADS-B protocol stack;the method of decoding the callsign,position and speed of the ADS-B data stream;Data cleaning and interpolation methods for voyages;construction and application of voyage pollutant emission distribution models.This paper firstly proposes a track pipeline model based on the combination of aircraft wingspan and ADS-B data flow.Secondly,referring to a large number of flight data,the fourstage classification standard of taxi,climb,cruise and descent is proposed for the flight stage of the flight.The relationship between the fuel and the main gas pollutants CO2,SOx,CO,HC,NOx and PM at different stages in the short-range,medium-range and long-range of the aircraft,and then formed the voyage pollutant emission distribution model.Combined with the data information in the ADS-B data package,this paper uses the simulation method to realize the display of short-range,medium-range and long-range voyage pipeline models,and simulates the distribution and emission of various gas pollutants in different stages of the voyage.Combined with the flight movements of Shunyi International Airport for several days,the impact of different gas pollutants in the airport on the local environment was simulated.Finally,the study also proposes methods and measures to reduce emissions.The simulation results show that the voyage pollutant emission distribution model proposed in this paper can simulate the air pollutant emissions of aircraft in different stages to a certain extent,and a model based on ADS-B data for preliminary estimation of voyage gas pollutant emissions is constructed.
