Nowadays,with the progress of society and the development of science and technology,urbanization construction has become the top priority.The number of urban pipe network is increasing,its daily management is exposed to many problems,such as the traditional pipe network does not monitor the water level and flammable and explosive gases.In case of extreme weather,such as heavy rain and high temperature,urban pipe network system is prone to sewage overflow,resulting in urban waterlogging,flammable and explosive gas concentration is high after heating,resulting in explosion,which poses a serious threat to the life and property safety of the majority of urban residents.Although China has adopted manual inspection to deal with pipe network problems,manual inspection cannot realize comprehensive and comprehensive real-time supervision of pipe network,nor can it give early warning to accidents such as waterlogging and pipe network explosion.Therefore,real-time monitoring of pipe network and early warning of pipe network accidents are of great significance.The main contents of this paper are as follows :(1)design an intelligent pipe network early warning system based on 4G communication technology,introduce the overall framework of the system and hardware and software design,hardware design is mainly the design of terminal circuit,software design includes the software design of terminal lower computer and monitoring platform upper computer;The hardware and software design of the terminal is mainly for the acquisition and transmission of water level and hazardous gas concentration data.The design of the upper computer is mainly for the early warning of water level and hazardous gas concentration,the management and storage of data collected and uploaded by the terminal,and the alarm and prompt of abnormal accidents.(2)In order to predict water level and hazardous gas concentration(take CO concentration as an example),the SVM algorithm is extracted and the parameters to evaluate the prediction effect are introduced.In order to improve the prediction effect of water level and CO concentration,the parameters C and g of SVM are optimized by ABC,PSO and GA algorithms respectively,and the water level and CO concentration are predicted by MATLAB software.According to the prediction effect evaluation parameters,the algorithm with the best prediction effect is verified and used in the monitoring platform of upper computer,so as to realize the early warning of water level and CO concentration,and then prevent urban waterlogging and pipe network explosion.(3)Functional test of the system,including energy consumption test,mobile APP and terminal debugging,monitoring and testing of real-time data of the terminal by the monitoring platform,and early warning test of water level and CO concentration by the monitoring platform.Through various debugging,the online warning system of intelligent pipe network achieves the expected effect.The design of online monitoring and early warning system of intelligent pipe network predicts the water level and the concentration of harmful gas in the pipe network,it can predict and prevent pipe network accidents in advance,avoids the occurrence of urban waterlogging and pipe network explosion and other accidents,improves the safety factor,saves manpower and cost,and also facilitates the management of the urban pipe network system.Figure [78] Table [4] Reference [65]...
