| Along with sustainable enhancement of local production,power industry towards intelligence,informationization,the digital path.As an advanced control technique.ADRC offers more adaptable and powerful control than standard control techniques,and can conform to the development trend of intelligent and optimized thermal power automatic control technology.However,due to the number of parameters,setting the work-load,ADRC stuck in industrial field applications.As linear ADRC is put forward,because of its less parameters,debugging is simple,the immunity control engineering application is more common.However,the current controller tuning method has certain limitations,the adjustment parameters have to consider the dynamic characteristics of the control object as well as individual parameter experience,which leads to low efficiency and poor results,while the controller parameters selection has a significant impact on the control effect,these limitations form a resistance to the popularization and application of ADRC in power plant production process control.This article presented a LADRC control model,based on a new smart algorithm.that is convenient to find the global optimal resolution and has good search stability:SOA algorithm.To address the characteristics of nonlinearity,large inertia,and strong disturbance of controlled objects in typical thermal systems of power plants,this strategy employs intelligent optimization.The second-order LADRC intelligent optimization framework is designed by SOA algorithm for intelligent optimization of controller parameters,and it is applied to different thermal processes of thermal power units.such as single-loop coal mill outlet air temperature control system and tandem superheated vapor temperature control system.For both systems,control performance tests were conducted in three aspects:followability,anti-disturbance,and ruggedness.and capability comparisons were made with PID control strategies.According to the simulation results,it can be seen that the active disturbance rejection intelligent optimization scheme proposed in this paper can find the optimal parameter configuration more precisely and effectively according to the project object,and has good tracking performance for the set value and anti-disturbance performance.as well as strong robustness,which is also applicable when the working condition changes and model parameters are perturbed.LADRC optimized by the algorithm in this paper plays a good role in thermal engineering system and has the value of popularization in engineering application. |
