Research On The Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Building Heritage In Qinghai Based On Value Evaluation

Industrial architectural heritage is the carrier of witnessing the development of historical society,the witness to the progress of industrial civilization,and the uninterrupted connection in the development of the some city.Since the end of the industrial migration of the third line construction in the twentieth century,the rapid development of the city,the continuous updating of national policies,industrial replacement,industrial structure upgrading have become the core of social development,and the protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage have entered a climax of development.However,under the guidance of the government’s policy of “retreating two into three”,the northwest region,which has made significant contributions in the construction of the third line,has not been able to quickly keep up with social progress,resulting in the idle or even abandoned industrial building heritage without certification,which also causes the emergence of “hollow” protection and impulsive utilization.In order to avoid the occurrence of similar damage behaviors,it is necessary to analyze its value.Value evaluation is the decisive factor for its protection and reuse.Reasonable and exact value evaluation system should be put forward according to the development situation of different cities.Taking the industrial architectural heritage of Qinghai as the research object and taking the Qinghai 221 Factory as an example.First,on the basis of research status and certain value evaluation theories at home and abroad,conducts in-depth research on the existing industrial architectural heritage in Qinghai,and sorts out the development process of the industrial architectural heritage in Qinghai,among which,through the systematic analysis of the age,spatial distribution and architectural characteristics of the industrial architectural heritage in Qinghai,It is found that there exists some problems in the protection and reuse of industrial building heritage in Qinghai such as lacking of targeted protection,difficult implementation,low applicability of value evaluation,low recognition of value,and cultural protection fracture.Then,the hierarchical analysis method is introduced and the reasonable evaluation factors are selected to carry out the weight distribution and weight factor calculation of industrial building heritage,which establishes an evaluation system for industrial building heritage in Qinghai.Finally,through the actual case of Qinghai 221 Factory,a system was established,overall protection first.To select the old site of the Shangxing Station,the old site of the Sixth Branch Factory and the old site of the Seven Branch Factory of the typical single building in the factory,and adopt the questionnaire survey and expert scoring method to calculate and evaluate the index weights,score and evaluate,Through the analysis of the calculation results,Combined with the local cultural characteristics and intangible cultural heritage of Qinghai,it was found that the old site of the Shangxing Station should focus on the ‘protective utilization’,the old site of the Sixth Branch Factory should focus on the ‘partial utilization’,and the old site of the Seventh Branch Factory should focus on the ‘transformational utilization’.At the same time,in the process of reuse,Qinghai culture will be comprehensively inherited and the development of economic tourism will be promoted in combination with the local architecture and cultural characteristics of Qinghai.Based on theoretical analysis and practical project application research,this paper attempts to establish a value evaluation system to propose targeted strategies for the protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage in Qinghai.And puts forward some reference suggestions for the unused projects from the perspective of value.It is expected that the research of this paper can provide some reference value for the protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage in Qinghai region.
