Study On Space Environment Design Of Rural Folklore Experience Hall

The countryside retains substantial natural resources and particular customs with sharp-cut cultural characteristics.In recent years,the vigorous development of the rural reconstruction at home has driven China’s rural area into a new stage of development,but some problems are encountered during the construction.At present,many villages,in their construction,develop economy lopsidedly but do not appreciate local cultural development.This causes the damage to the local rural culture,and makes it to lose its material carrier.Therefore,it remains to be settled presently how to advance rural culture scientifically,protect and inherit rural traditional culture so as to integrate such culture into the space environment design of the countryside.Also,how to re-make the connection between people and rural regional culture,and effectively redress the imbalance of rural cultural development is top urgent,too.This study researches Qianguan Village in Lijin County is researched in literature research method,field survey and other methods.Firstly,the context of rural development at home and abroad is analyzed.The study finds that the regional culture in the countryside is more well developed abroad,while China starts later.Secondly,the theoretical studies on regional culture are ordered and different villages in different regions selected for case studies to conclude the regional characteristics of the villages and the features of their traditional folk culture.Moreover,the regional culture of Qianguan Village in Lijin County is analyzed and its cultural resources summarized.Finally,the design elements extracted from the traditional textile and other handicrafts are used into design on the basis of the traditional folk culture of Qianguan village and in the technique of modern expressions.As the condensate of the long-standing living and production activities practices of people,regional folk culture presents regional local characteristics and contains large amount of cultural information and design elements.The traditional handicraft elements are deconstructed to integrate local memory into design by combining inheritance and innovation.Not only is the local context protected and inherited,but also new forms of expression are added.The design is intended to enhance the young people’s acceptance while the local villagers’ local memory being evoked so as to finally form a complete solution.The theory is demonstrated through concrete practice to provide ideas for the protection of rural regional culture and for the inheritance of folk culture.
