| With the rapid development of the Internet industry,all walks of life in China are facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading,and the change of the industry has also led to the change of office space.Some office supplies have gradually withdrawn from people’s vision,and intelligent products have become more efficient production tools.However,some traditional office supplies still play an important role in people’s work with unoccupied advantages.With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for office supplies are also increasing.The choice of office supplies is no longer simply satisfied with "yes",but pursues "better" functions and experience.As a "people-oriented" concept,unconscious design explores the hidden needs of users from people’s subconscious behavior as the basis of design,so as to achieve the effect of "more points,more points and less points".The unconscious design concept has a certain adaptability with office supplies.The choice of office supplies is not to pursue enjoyment and curiosity,but to give the most humanized care to employees through the smallest change.Therefore,based on the unconscious design concept,this topic redesigns the office supplies to find a new breakthrough for the design of office supplies.The generation of unconscious design is an interdisciplinary application of psychology into the field of product design.Therefore,this topic studies the psychological theories involved in unconscious design and explores the psychological factors behind behavioral unconsciousness.Secondly,it summarizes the concept of unconscious design proposed by Naoto Fukazawa,and analyzes the design cases with obvious features of unconscious design.Based on previous studies,the motivation generated by unconscious behavior is classified into four categories,namely sensory stimulation,emotional feedback,memory repetition,consistency and thing association and similarity.Finally,three types of unconscious design are divided,and the process of unconscious design is summarized.For the study of office supplies,from the office environment,office supplies and the unconscious behavior generated in the office environment,the unconscious design principles of office supplies are put forward,which are in line with the user’s behavior habits,meet the user’s emotional needs,awaken the user’s perceptual memory and coordinate the human-machine-environment relationship.Combined with the process of unconscious design,the design process of office supplies based on unconscious design is put forward.Finally,a field survey of the office environment of Internet companies was conducted to discover the unconscious behavior of people in the office,which was concretized into design demand points.By analyzing the motivation generated by the behavior,it was taken as a breakthrough to solve the problem and guided the design practice of office supplies. |
