| The military special cabin is a generic term for a multi-purpose cabin,and at this stage each country is emphasising the development of its design for special use environments.Due to their own structural characteristics and size limitations,they have not been able to carry out internal research into the operational functions of the crew and the human-machine environment,and some of them cannot even meet the normal working requirements of the crew.Therefore,the study of the relationship between human,machine and environment in military special cabin has become a popular research topic.This article explores the application of unconscious design in the design of military special operation pods through the study of unconscious design theory and the related design basis of military special operation pods.Through the research of existing unconscious design,the article summarises three principles of unconscious design related to military special cabin design,namely,guidance principle,efficiency principle and emotion principle,by combining the user’s needs,environmental needs,emotional needs and functional needs of military special cabin.Then,taking a certain type of military special operation cabin as an example,the research idea of unconscious design is applied to a certain type of military special operation cabin as an example,and the collection of unconscious behaviours is carried out.the correctness of unconscious behaviour acquisition is optimised by combining the collection of external behaviour with the collection of implicit behaviour,as well as the optimised design is also analysed and carried out.two series of programme designs are completed and verified by human-machine simulation.The results show that the optimised military special cabin based on the design principles of unconscious design not only solves the problem of unconscious behaviour,but also satisfies the human-machine requirements of the occupants,and the cabin series is reasonably designed. |
