At present,industrial liquid storage tanks have been widely used in building structures and served in different fields,such as petroleum,chemical and other industries,so the safety of industrial liquid storage tanks has been paid more and more attention.At present,most scholars use the structural analysis of industrial tanks to ensure the safety of the tank,but in the structural analysis of the tank,people usually consider the liquid in the tank as gravity or horizontal force,while ignoring the real liquid-solid interaction.The liquid-solid coupling of the tank,as one of the important factors affecting the safety of the liquid storage tank,is not only related to the volume and wall thickness of the tank,but also to the volume ratio of the tank.In order to deeply study the coupling problem of the liquid storage tank and the seismic safety of the liquid storage tank,two calculation methods of fluid-solid coupling are used in this paper,and three different volume ratios are assumed for the large vertical circular liquid storage involved in this project.The fluid-structure coupling calculation of the tank is carried out,and the fluid-structure coupling effect of the tank body is combined with the supporting effect of the workshop frame.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into:1、According to the current situation that the fluid impulse inertial force is not considered in the seismic problem of the liquid storage tank in China,the rigid tank model of the current research on the liquid-solid interaction in foreign codes is introduced,and the rigid tank model is introduced into the Haroun calculation model considering the fluid inertial force.and the Haroun-Housner computational model.This paper illustrates the calculation ideas and applicability of the two calculation models.2、In this paper,based on the Haroun model in the foreign code,the equivalent inertial force of water is considered as four parameter components,namely the pulse mass of the water,the simplified mass,the pulse height of the liquid surface and the simplified height,and the parameter curve in the code is reproduced.According to the tank and liquid parameters corresponding to this project,the parameter curve of this project is fitted,and the relevant change trend of the curve is obtained.According to the three different volume ratios considered in this paper,the corresponding parameters under different volume ratios are determined.ratio.3、On the premise of carrying out the modal analysis of the storage tank,referring to the parameter values of the storage tank corresponding to the Haroun model determined in this paper,the seismic analysis of the storage tank considering the liquid-solid coupling situation is carried out,and the results obtained considering the fluid under different volume ratios are obtained.Stress and strain in the tank body after the Haroun method of nonlinear flow.4、The water contained in the tank is modeled according to the solid structure of water,and the liquid-solid coupling calculation is carried out.The traditional liquid-solid coupling method can better reflect the natural vibration frequency and liquid level characteristics of water in sloshing.On this basis,this paper conducts the seismic analysis of the tank,and compares the seismic response of the tank when considering the actual liquid-solid coupling.The calculation method of the fluid inertia force suggested by the Haroun method is compared,and the suggestions for the Haroun method are given.
