In recent years,more and more large-scale liquefied natural gas(LNG)storage tank,and many of them in the earthquake zone,prone to damage in the earthquake,once destroyed it is possible tank explosion and fire and environmental pollution and other secondary disasters caused huge losses.In this paper,the finite element analysis method is used to study the response of the LNG tank structure and the core rubber cushion isolation structure of LNG storage tank under near field earthquake,which provides the theoretical basis for the design and application of the LNG storage tank.In this paper,the fluid solid coupling principle established more application of 1000 cubic meters of storage tank ANSYS finite element calculation model based on the analysis of the seismic isolation and non isolation structure of LNG tank in the near field seismic response,seismic response characteristics of LNG tank.The scale model test of LNG tank is carried out to verify the validity and correctness of the finite element analysis model.Specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis of the shear wave height and the base shear force before and after the isolation of the finite element model.After the isolation is isolated before base shear decreased,base shear damping effect in the Maoxian office,Wenchuan Wudu wave,EL wave Centro wave is respectively 0.918,0.958,0.913,the near field and far field wave almost wave effect.Under the action of Maoxian wave,Wolong wave and EL wave,the absolute value of the shock wave height is 0.079,0.197,and 0.010,respectively,which shows that the change of the wave height before and after the shock wave is not very obvious in the Centro.(2)Acceleration and displacement analysis of finite element model before and after isolation.The maximum peak acceleration in Maoxian office,Wenchuan Wudu wave wave damping effect,EL Centro waves were 0.716,0.710,0.618,indicating the isolation effect of acceleration wave in the near field and the far field wave is very close.For the displacement response,the height direction of the tank wall in the front of the shock isolation is basically linear,and the variation of the height of the tank wall along the direction of the tank wall is very small.(3)Stress analysis of finite element model before and after isolation.The axial compressive stress,the circumferential tensile stress and the equivalent stress at the bottom of the tank wall are the highest at the bottom.In Maoxian,Wudu,Wenchuan Office of wave wave EL Centro wave,the absolute value of axial compressive stress isolation effect were 0.752,0.785,0.696,the absolute value of circumferential tensile stress isolation effect were 0.236,0.217,0.191,the tank structure in the selected near field and far wave damping effect a wave of little difference.(4)Shaking table test for scale model of tank.The near field seismic wave and far field seismic wave are used to analyze the displacement and acceleration of the structure before and after the isolation.The results of ANSYS numerical simulation are compared with the experimental results to verify the rationality of the finite element model.
