Study On 135 Operators’ Pilot Fatigue Characteristics And Fatigue Risk Management

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the continuous improvement of national demand,the gradual opening of low-altitude airspace and the successive introduction of encouraging policies,China’s 135 operators have also developed rapidly.Due to the operation characteristics of CCAR-135,the flight crew is easily affected by the irregular schedule of flight,cabin noise and vibration,lack of sleep and social pressure,etc.,which leads to fatigue problems.Based on this,this thesis focuses on fatigue characteristics and fatigue risk management of 135 operators.Through in-depth analysis of fatigue manifestations and influencing factors of 135 operators,fatigue risk management countermeasures and measures are proposed.Firstly,the thesis reviews the literature on pilot fatigue characteristics,and summarizes the influencing factors of pilot fatigue comprehensively based on the operation and flight characteristics of the industry.A personal basic information scale was developed to collect the basic information of pilots.According to field research and on-site interviews,135 work factor scales related to fatigue of operators were developed to evaluate the causes of work.PSQI and DAS-21 were selected to analyze the sleep,depression,anxiety and stress of pilots.Finally,the pilot’s own fatigue experience was evaluated with MFI-16.160 135 operators and pilots filled in the scale effectively.Cronbach’ α reliability coefficient,combination reliability,exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis and discriminant validity were used to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Secondly,descriptive statistics were made for each subscale of 160 scales collected to analyze and investigate the sleep,mental health and fatigue status of pilots.Then,according to the work factor scale and the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling(SEM),135 pilot fatigue factor models for operators are constructed.According to the initial model analysis and fitting results,the final influencing factor model is obtained.According to the model,the work causes are analyzed deeply.Finally,according to the 135 operator pilot fatigue characteristics and influence factors analysis,combining with the field survey of three 135 units operating on the fatigue and prevention method,risk management difficulties of scheduling,fatigue and sleep,mental fatigue risk prevention measures,in order to help 135 operating pilot fatigue risk management,Reduce pilot fatigue level,positive impact on safe flight.To sum up,this paper mainly investigates the pilot fatigue profile of 135 operators through investigation,and then prepares the corresponding fatigue scale,issues and collects the scale,analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of pilot fatigue,and puts forward countermeasures for fatigue risk management,providing reference for fatigue risk management of 135 operators in the future.
