| The scale of renewable energy power generation in China is increasing,and the number of wind power projects has shown explosive growth in recent years.The total scale of wind power generation in 2010 was 31.31 GW,and it went up to 210.05 GW by 2019.However,due to the relatively low barriers to entry for wind power projects,the investment subjects of wind power are also diverse,and the quality of wind power projects has also become uneven in the industry atmosphere of rushing for construction schedules and subsidies.A report from national energy administration pointed put the quality problems of wind power generation construction.As a non-electric power company,Company A adopts the EPC mode of construction to reduce the difficulty of management,but quality problems still occur frequently during the construction of the project.The quality qualification rate of the WTS project in the early stage of the project has been low for a long time,which has brought great trouble and risks to the progress,quality,management and investment of the WTS project.Therefore,scientific methods are used to study the quality issues of the A company’s WTS project and put forward the quality improvement measures suitable for company A are of great significance.This paper studies related concepts such as quality management,wind power construction and EPC contracting mode through the literature analysis method,and then sorts out the current quality management status and specific control procedures of the A company’s WTS project.This article uses tools such as checklists,Defil method,and Pareto charts to count and sort out the quality problems of WTS projects,which leads to the problem of long-term low quality qualification rate in WTS projects.This article classifies and summarizes the quality according to defects,divides the identified quality problems into four categories,and clarifies that the construction process is the main problem.This paper establishes a QC team,uses WBS method,Pareto analysis method,etc.to further subdivide the construction process problems according to the nature of the problem,and clarifies that construction accuracy defects and important process defects should be the focus of improvement in the WTS project.After clarifying the two key improvement objects,this article uses causal analysis,Pareto analysis,and affinity diagram to analyze the causes of quality problems in five dimensions: "Man,Materials,Machines,Methods,and Environment",and The key factors are found in each dimension.This paper analyzes and confirms the main factors of each dimension and the weight of each specific factor through the analytic hierarchy process,and further clarifies that the causes of quality problems mainly exist in the three dimensions of "Man,Method,and Environment",and clarifies that WTS Project quality issues affect the most obvious specific factors.After identifying the causes of quality defects in the WTS project,this paper plans a quality improvement plan for the causes of quality problems.The plan formulates targeted measures based on the analyzed causes of quality problems,and formulates specific measures in the three dimensions of "people,law,and environment".The implementation of measures,and also proposed targeted measures for minor quality issues.In order to ensure the implementation of the plan,this paper formulated the implementation time schedule for the improvement plan,and clarified the responsible unit and completion time.After the implementation of the improvement plan,this article will continue to record the acceptance rate.After the phased completion of the quality improvement activities,this article conducts comprehensive statistics on the quality problems of the WTS project.The comparison of the data before and after the implementation of the plan shows that the acceptance rate of the WTS project after the implementation of the plan has been greatly increased,and the number of on-site quality defects has been greatly reduced.Based on the results,this article draws a conclusion that this quality rectification activity has achieved the expected results and can provide experience and suggestions for the next stage of quality management. |
