With the rapid development of global economic integration and information technology,the power game to promote and restrict economic globalization is becoming more and more intense.The trend of anti-globalization begins to rise,and enterprises are facing more and more severe competitive pressure.The rapid response ability of the market environment,the rapid response ability to customer needs,and the ultimate user experience are all obstacles to test the enterprise.Traditional and extensive management has been unable to adapt to the new market competition situation.The competition among enterprises is no longer limited to the competition of products and services,but gradually evolved into the competition of management level among enterprises.Adhering to user thinking,strengthening enterprise management,improving process coordination efficiency and improving market response ability are important ways for enterprises to adapt to the environment,enhance immunity and seek rapid development.An important way to solve this dilemma is to implement process management.Process management can make the business flow,capital flow and information flow of an enterprise operate orderly according to the planned path and time,so as to realize the value-added of the process.Finally,the functions,resources and cooperation of various business departments within the enterprise are matched with each other,so as to improve the comprehensive management level of the enterprise and deliver competitive products and services to customers.Taking the traditional automobile enterprise N company as the object,this paper makes a systematic research on the process management practice of N company,and explores the path and method of successful implementation of process management.By analyzing the basic situation of N company and the problems existing in process management,this paper studies its countermeasures and implementation.From the overall perspective,pull through the whole process of process management,and describe the applicable theories,tools and methods,implementation points and practical standards of each step,including questionnaire survey method,four quadrant method,matrix method,lean management tools and internal control evaluation system.Let the process management be substantially implemented in the enterprise,and finally form the sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise.At the same time,based on the process management theory,business process optimization theory,lean management thought and Deming PDCA cycle,this paper further studies the process optimization and improvement strategies,studies and analyzes the process management Promotion Countermeasures in combination with the specific operation situation of N automobile company,and creatively puts forward the process management system construction house model and the four steps of "three orders and one meeting" process optimization model,It improves the effective reference path and method guidance for enterprises to fully implement process management,and has important guidance and reference significance for traditional enterprises.
