Research On Data Governance Of N Electricity Company Under The Background Of Ubiquitous Power Internet Of Things

With the gradual maturity of big data technology and the wide recognition of its application value,big data has triggered profound changes in many industries in recent years,promoted economic and social development.China attaches great importance to the big data technology development,and gradually develop big data technology in the national development strategy level,fully emphasizes the importance of basic data,clearly regards it as a national strategic resource,proposes a big data development plan to guide various industries and enterprises to develop data Governance work to fully tap the value of data.N Electricity Company actively responds to national policies,actively adapts to national,industrial and scientific and technological development trends,regards the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things as an important starting point to promote the big data development strategy of State Grid Corporation,promote the efficient development of the power industry.With the development and application of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things in N Power Company,the amount of data and the speed of production have increased sharply,the data value density has decreased,and the data governance work has been upgraded to the height of the company’s strategy.How to promote the deep integration of equipment,enterprises,users,and the Internet of Things through emerging technologies such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence while building the ubiquitous power Internet of Things,and effectively promote the development of data governance,is a topic worthy of research.This paper took N Electricity Company as the research object,and conducted a research on the effectiveness of N Electricity Company’s data governance in the context of the construction of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things.This research analyzed the political,economic,social,technological,industrial environment of N Electricity Company in detail through macro and micro environmental analysis.Literature research method was adopted to understand the situation of data governance at home and abroad.The evaluation opinions and suggestions of N power Company’s employees on the effectiveness of data governance were collected by questionnaire survey,and the collected data were analyzed by hierarchical analysis and fuzzy analysis.The effectiveness of data governance of N Electricity Company was evaluated from the perspective of technology and security.Through the evaluation results,it was concluded that the overall performance of N Electricity Company’s data governance was at a lower level of "general".It was found that there are problems such as imperfect organizational structure,unclear objectives,insufficient talent team and infrastructure support,unclear data governance responsibilities,low level of system intelligence and scalability,risks in management system construction,system operation and maintenance management etc.in N Electricity Company’s data governance work.In response to these problems,some improvement countermeasures and safeguards were proposed,such as organization and team building,improving data security governance system,building innovative corporate culture,strengthening data governance infrastructure and model development,clarifying data governance responsibilities.This research aimed to improve the effectiveness of data governance of N Electricity Company in the context of the ubiquitous power Internet of Things,better provide data sharing and support for the company’s various organizations to carry out various businesses,help enterprises complete digital transformation.
