Abstract/Summary:
At present,project management has developed into a discipline with a complete body of knowledge and is widely used in all walks of life.With the continuous expansion of the scope of project management,from the management of a single project to the management of multiple projects,that is,program management.Program management is developed and evolved from traditional project management,emphasizing the cross-link between projects,through the focus and overall management of a project set,to achieve greater development goals,achieve more benefits,and optimize its costs and resources.Vocational education plays a significant role in our country’s higher education system,and how to develop the professional skills of higher vocational college students is one of the main concerns of higher vocational colleges.The level of professional skills of higher vocational college students largely depends on the teaching effect of professional courses,and at the same time,the effectiveness of higher vocational teaching content also determines whether the higher vocational teaching goals can be achieved.Thus,the construction of higher vocational course content is the key to the further promotion of professional skills of higher vocational college students.Based on the situation stated above,this thesis based on the program management theory,takes the project construction cost major of college A as the research object,and collects information about the need of professional course and professional skills of the project construction cost major,from the perspective of program management,the content of the professional course of engineering cost major of A College is reconstructed.By sorting and summarizing the literature domestic and overseas,the author learns about the development of program management and the construction mode of higher vocational courses at home and abroad.Then,after analyzing the training status of students majoring in project construction cost in College A and the existing problems,the author invited some relevant experts and scholars to analyze the causes of the phenomenon and gave some feasible solutions.Thirdly,according to the proposed solution,the author learns about the need of professional course and professional skills of the project construction cost major in College A through interviews and questionnaires.Finally,according to the collected information of the need of professional courses and professional skills,the author tries to reconstruct the content of the professional course of the project construction cost major of college A from the perspective of program management and seven sub-professional skills and related seven sub-project courses are obtained after the professional skills are matched with the professional courses.The seven sub-projects courses are interrelated and cooperative with each other which jointly make up the professional course of the project construction cost major of college A,and then meet the need of professional skills by the project construction cost major of the college A.This thesis aims to provide excellent cases for the application of program management and the the research on reconstruction of higher vocational courses content so that the designed professional skills model and course construction methods can be helpful to other researchers.
