| Sonar is the eye of human beings to explore the underwater world.It plays an important role in national defense,civil and other aspects.With people’s continuous attention to marine resources,the increasing depletion of land resources,the increasing demand for the exploitation of marine resources and marine security [1].Sonar system has become an important research object all over the world.Among them,the imaging sonar system can display the underwater world,and can provide an important auxiliary role for underwater resource exploitation,underwater rescue and underwater salvage.The research is of great significance.TKIS-Ⅰ sonar previously researched and developed by our laboratory is a single beam mechanical scanning sonar.At present,more than 20 finished products have been equipped in various naval forces.TKIS-Ⅰ can meet the needs of medium and long-distance detection,but there are also some problems,such as unable to customize the sonar parameters,complex operation in underwater use,non adjustable working frequency and so on.Based on these shortcomings,the laboratory has researched and developed TKIS-Ⅱmechanical scanning sonar.The author of this paper mainly undertakes the design and implementation of the host computer software of TKIS-Ⅱ mechanical scanning sonar,that is,the new head mounted mechanical scanning imaging sonar,TKIS-Ⅱmechanical scanning imaging sonar display and control platform.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the research significance of this subject,the development history and current situation of imaging sonar and display and control platform,as well as four representative imaging sonars.(2)The TKIS-Ⅰ single beam mechanical scanning imaging sonar system is composed of underwater sonar,waist control box and display and control platform.This paper focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of TKIS-Ⅰ mechanical scanning imaging sonar display and control platform,and puts forward the design requirements of TKIS-Ⅱ mechanical scanning imaging sonar display and control platform.(3)The overall design scheme of TKIs-Ⅱ mechanical scanning imaging sonar display and control platform is proposed,and the development tools of TKIS-Ⅱmechanical scanning imaging sonar display and control platform are introduced.It is determined that the functional modules of TKIs-Ⅱ mechanical scanning imaging sonar display and control platform are network connection module,parameter design and query module,data receiving module,data saving module,TVG parameter setting module,data saving module,data playback module,energy module,distance display module and data display module.This paper introduces two working modes of TKIS-Ⅱ mechanical scanning imaging sonar display and control platform,and designs the operation processes of these two working modes respectively.The data transmission process of TKIS-Ⅱ mechanical scanning imaging sonar system and the selection of Ethernet chip are introduced.(4)Various controls used in the development of TKIS-Ⅱ mechanical scanning imaging sonar display and control platform are introduced,and the overall layout and design of human-computer interaction interface are carried out;The implementation process of TCP protocol used in network connection module;The data format designed and queried in the parameter design and query module,the process of program design and the function of each parameter;Pseudo color coding used in data display module,C # Net,display the selection method of data and program design flow;The and programming flow used in the data storage module;The technology used in the data playback module and the program design process;Function of TVG parameters and program design process;The position of the distance ruler in the display interface and the program implementation process.(5)All functional modules are experimentally verified.In order to verify the reliability,Wireshark packet capture software is introduced.This software is briefly introduced,which is mainly used to verify the reliability of parameter setting and data reception.Several software and hardware joint debugging experiments in different environments are introduced.Experiments show that all functions can be realized and the display effect is good.To sum up,the paper has basically completed the design requirements of TKIS-Ⅱ mechanical scanning imaging sonar display and control platform,which can meet all functional requirements. |
