The closely-spaced parallel-open V-shaped runway configuration has been applied in Beijing Daxing Airport and Chengdu Tianfu Airport in recent years,but there are few domestic studies on the runway operation mode and system capacity of this combined configuration.Carrying out relevant work is of great significance to enrich the runway configuration of our country’s airport planning and design,enhance the adaptability of the airport’s wind direction conditions,implement more flexible ground operations,and promote the construction of green airports.The thesis systematically analyzes the operating characteristics and operating modes of the closely-spaced parallel-open V-shaped runway configuration.Aiming at the capacity bottleneck caused by the current domestic closely-spaced parallel runway operation rules,the paper proposes to apply the high-angle approach,staggered approach and paired approach that have been explored abroad in recent years as the main countermeasures to establish the above three new types.The capacity model of the approach mode related to closely-spaced parallel runways.For the open V-shaped runways,the thesis systematically analyzes different geometric configurations(the intersection is on the midline of one runway or on the extension of the two runways),take-off or landing,and different directions of operation(diffusion or contraction operation).For the impact on operational safety and capacity,a capacity model of the open V-shaped runways system under various operating conditions has been established.The thesis uses Beijing Daxing Airport as an application case,systematically analyzes possible combined operation modes,and selects a priority operation mode based on the principle of maximum capacity.The application of the priority operation mode shows that the total capacity of the airport runway system can be increased by18%,and the effect is significant.The thesis adopts the capacity envelope theory method to analyze the priority operation mode and capacity of the airport under different arrival and departure flight requirements,which can be used to guide the determination of the runway operation strategy in actual operation.
