AFDX(Avionics Full-Duplex Switched Ethernet)as the "central nerve" connecting airborne avionics, has the problem of data frame loss due to sequence inversion. This paper proposes a method based on genetic algorithm to alleviate the AFDX network sequence inversion problem to ensure the integrity of data transmission and improve bandwidth utilization. The research work in this paper includes two contents: First, the method based on time-triggered scheduling to mitigate AFDX sequence inversion is proposed. For the AFDX network Sequence Inversion problem, the data frame loss is converted into a delay;the time-triggered scheduling method is adopted to schedule the virtual link and data frame in the source terminal and switch The strategy was redesigned to alleviate the sequence inversion problem caused by output port congestion, and compared with the Forwarding Delay Analysis(FA)and the Network Calculus method(NC).Second,on the premise of ensuring the integrity of time-critical message transmission, genetic algorithms(Genetic Algorithms)are used, and the bandwidth utilization rate of the time-triggered scheduling matrix is used as the fitness value to schedule AFDX events to trigger data frames, and R-RSP(Revised Re-Shaping)method,establish the AFDX network transmission log mechanism, classify and count the AFDX data frames, and improve the delay performance of the AFDX network.Experiments show that the method in this paper effectively alleviates the sequence inversion problem, and the bandwidth utilization rate is significantly improved. The AFDX network experiment platform was built, and the event-triggered scheduling algorithm was verified in the high-load environment and low-load transmission environment of the AFDX network, and the performance of the method in this paper was evaluated from the end-to-end delay and the delay percentage of the network.Experiments show that the time-triggered scheduling algorithm sequence inversion problem is well alleviated, and at the same time, according to the analysis of the fitness function curve change trend, the bandwidth utilization rate has been significantly improved.
