Faced with the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment of naval battlefields,the detection capabilities of single-station radars will be limited to a certain extent.The networked radar systems has stronger detection capabilities,and have more advantages than single-station radars in terms of tracking accuracy,discovery distance,anti-interference,and anti-concealment.Because the networked radar simulation technology can simulate the battlefield environment at low cost and conduct simulation evaluation on the networked effectiveness,it has received great attention and attention.In this thesis,the data fusion modeling and simulation of the ship-based radar network and the shore-based radar network in the naval battlefield combat environment were mainly completed,including the following work: According to the functional requirements of the system,the development and operating environment were determined.Based on the characteristics and requirements of the two networking modes of ship-based radar and shore-based radar,a suitable fusion structure was selected.The overall design of the simulation system of the naval battlefield radar network financial control center was carried out.According to the overall architecture design,the modeling of the two networked radar fusion systems has been completed,and various functional modules in the two networked fusion systems have been completed,details of these sub-modules were introduced.Some sub-modules have been simulated and verified.Against the question that the signal strength will change with the RCS of the target,thereby affecting the measurement signal-to-noise ratio and the radar measurement accuracy in the actual measurement process of the radar,a point-and-track fusion method weighted according to the intensity of the signal echo is proposed.Compared with the simple convex combination method that directly uses the nominal accuracy weighting of the radar,it can further improve the accuracy of the fusion point and trace,so that the tracking accuracy of the fusion system on the target is improved.For the completed modeling of the naval battlefield radar network system,first the indicators for evaluating its effectiveness was introduced.Then the system was connected to the simulation platform as an information integrated processing sub-system.Different scenarios are set up in the main control sub-system,and the indicators of the two networking modes of ship-based radar network and shore-based radar network have been simulated and evaluated.It was confirmed that the network fusion system has effectively improved the tracking accuracy,discovery range and intelligence data rate efficiency of the ship radar network and shore-based radar network.In the process of system development,top-down design ideas were adopted by this thesis,the system was divided into display control layer,business logic layer and basic algorithm layer.The system was built according to the modular method,which is highly modifiable and universal.The built-up shipboard radar network system and shore-based radar network system have been connected to the use of the simulation platform,and have been jointly debugged with other sub-systems.They are fully capable of undertaking shipboard radar network integration and shore-based radar network Converged functional requirements.The system structure is complete and has good networking performance.
