| With the rapid growth of airspace traffic,the airspace operation status is getting busier,and the complexity of the air traffic control operation system is unpredictable,resulting in a saturated state of controller load,which poses a great threat to the safety of airspace operation and brings about air traffic management.A huge challenge,and changes in sector complexity have a greater impact on controllers’ operational efficiency and aircraft safety.Therefore,this article focuses on the complexity changes during the operation of controlled airspace,and conducts in-depth research from complexity index analysis,sector cluster analysis and capacity evaluation technology.First,in-depth analysis of factors affecting airspace complexity,from the perspectives of airspace structure and sector dynamic operation,construct a quantitatively analyzed air traffic complexity index system,use principal component analysis to streamline index data,and establish a complexity simulation model,The rationality of the complexity analysis is verified through case analysis.Then,through the use of K-means algorithm and ant colony clustering algorithm,clustering comparative analysis of the complexity of the sector,and selecting clustering evaluation indicators to evaluate the clustering quality;for the ant colony clustering algorithm is easy to produce local optimal solutions Defects,the sample weight and pheromone concentration were improved,the sector complexity classification method based on the improved ant colony clustering algorithm was studied,the case analysis was carried out,and the reliability of the clustering results was verified by 3D-reporting in the simulation software And authenticity.Finally,the research on the sector capacity evaluation method based on complexity clustering is studied,the sector complexity after the clone increment is clustered,and the envelope diagram method is used to evaluate the capacity of sectors of different complexity levels.The capacity values of other sectors are obtained by analogy;taking Lanzhou and Guiyang area control sectors as examples,the effectiveness of this method is verified.Based on the sector complexity index system,this paper studies the sector complexity clustering method based on the improved ant colony clustering algorithm.Through case analysis,the sector complexity classification is realized,and the clustering results are further applied to In capacity evaluation research,the capacity value of each sector is efficiently and accurately obtained.Therefore,in actual control operations,an accurate understanding of changes in the complexity of sectors not only serves as an auxiliary reference for the operation and management of the air traffic control system,but also enhances the operational efficiency of the airspace system to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft. |
