Firstly，evaluate thesafety level of urban traffic tunnel electro-mechanical system using fuzzycomprehensive evaluation, while the traditional division of factors and managementfactors affecting the new system integration analysis, and then using the gray clustering analysis to research urban traffic tunnel operational safety evaluation index.Finally, toevaluate the instance by the Xiamen Yunding tunnel applications in order to improvetunnel safety level.The datas are based on the specific circumstances of the Yunding tunnel inXiamen City, Fujian Province, therefore, this part of the urban traffic tunnel operationalsafety assessment in the tunnel management is practical and operational.
