| social development brings about changes in diet structure and lifestyle.People have more choices in diet,and more refined food.High sugar and high calorie diet and lack of exercise are all promoting the incidence of cardiovascular disease.Of all cardiovascular diseases,aortic dissection is relatively high-risk,and mortality in patients without timely treatment may be as high as 80%.When blood breaks through the inner wall of the weak part of the aorta,it enters into the inner wall of the relatively weak part of the aorta,and extends forward along the axial direction of the aorta.The cavity produced by the forward extension is called the false cavity.The original vessel is called the true lumen.We call the lesions of the active vein wall as the aortic dissection.From the process of aortic dissection,we can find that the production of active dissection is closely related to the blood flow.Finite element simulation plays an active role in the study of the hydrodynamics of aortic dissection.The changes of the morphology of vascular endothelial cells under the blood scour can not be observed directly by computer simulation.The vascular chip which can simulate the blood vessels has received attention.In this study,the flow line,wall shear stress and wall pressure of different secondary breach models before and after operation were analyzed by finite element analysis,which can provide hemodynamic help for the follow-up study of such diseases.The three-dimensional printing,laser etching,electrospinning and other technologies are used to manufacture laminar flow vessel chip,disturbance vessel chip and real-form vascular chip. |
