Asphalt mixture is composite material and composes of the coarse aggregate?asphalt mortar and air voids. In recent years, with the development of science technology, the study of asphalt mixture is also thoroughly unceasingly, and from the macroscopic to the microscopic. But asphalt mixture is complex materials and most of the research. If you want to research in-deep, the macroscopic and microscopic must be combined. And 3D reconstruction and mechanics simulation test study for asphalt mixture, so it will be more close to the reality.Firstly, the paper uses the universal testing machine combined with the compiled program to do the uniaxial static creep test in the room temperature for three different gradations of asphalt mixture specimens of AC-10?AC-13?AC-16.The result shows that the bigger load the greater deformation. To do the uniaxial static creep test on the asphalt mortar specimen, we can see that the creep curves change trend of asphalt mortar and asphalt mixture are similar, and we get the required parameters what finite element simulation need.In addition, coarse aggregate rock uniaxial compression test is done by TAW-2000 rock machine, and obtain the parameters by calculating.Secondly, this paper combined with CT scanning technology and Matlab image processing technology. And then obtain image information of different layers, and apply the Matlab image processing software to do image enhancement, image segmentation, and three values processing for the scan images. The result shows that the images become clearly and smoothly after the image enhancement and segmentation, what's more, it can clearly separate the three parts through the three values method, and lay a foundation for the research of 3D reconstruction.Finally, realizing the visualization of the asphalt mixture specimen, and then to realize the separation of the three components of asphalt mixture and grid division and optimization. Then import the three-dimensional numerical model into the software Ansys. Get different material parameters through Burgers fitting and convert into Prony series, then to do the finite element numerical simulation research on the specimen. Comparison and analysis the simulation results and the creep test results in lab, and verifying the viability and precision of the simulation. It provides a new way for the simulation study of virtual mechanics test and it also provides favorable support for the research of engineering practice.
