The rapid development of industry has brought about social progress.It has also brought about the depletion of fossil fuels and the deterioration of the environment.In order to balance social development and its negative effects,the application of integrated energy systems based on clean energy has become increasingly widespread.At the same time,a large amount of waste heat generated in industrial production is discarded,and the recycling and reuse of industrial waste heat can save energy and reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes to add industrial waste heat as the main heat source into the integrated energy system,and to study the optimal dispatch of the integrated energy system with industrial waste heat recovery and reuse.Taking a certain factory and residential communities as the background,two scenarios of industrial waste heat dissipation are set up:that is,industrial waste heat is used for community heating,and industrial waste heat is used for a comprehensive factory system that considers energy cascade utilization.Take the typical day of the system as an example,comprehensively consider the economy,environmental protection and wind power consumption capacity to solve the system optimization scheduling result.The specific work is as follows:Introduce the characteristics and basic structure of the integrated energy system,model the common equipment in the system,and lay the theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Propose an integrated energy system that uses industrial waste heat for community heating.First,analyze the characteristics of industrial waste heat heating and the factors affecting heating potential,choose oily wastewater obtained during oilfield exploitation as the waste heat source,and design the waste heat recovery plan of oily wastewater.For the above-mentioned multi-energy systems containing waste heat for heating,establish day-ahead optimal scheduling models and multi-objective optimal scheduling models that only consider economy.For the local linearization of the obtained model,branch and bound method is used to solve the problem.The day-a-day optimization scheduling results of the system are compared and analyzed with the traditional integrated energy system.The analysis results show that the addition of waste heat sources reduces the operating cost of the system,makes scheduling more flexible,bears most of the heat load of the system,helps reduce polluting gases,and has a good effect on energy saving and emission reduction.According to the principle of energy cascade utilization,a comprehensive factory energy system is proposed to absorb medium-grade industrial waste heat in stages,further explore more extensive utilization methods of industrial waste heat,and differentiate the energy circulating in the system into different grades,and at the same time,according to the heat load The grade is divided into high temperature load,medium temperature load and high temperature load,and a multi-objective optimal scheduling model is established.The results of the calculation example show that the refinement of energy is helpful to the recovery and utilization of waste heat,so that the energy can play a greater value,and the multi-energy complementary system process is further optimized.
