Electrokinetic chemical reinforcement method mainly includes conventional electroosmotic drainage consolidation method and electrokinetic chemical grouting method.Electroosmotic drainage consolidation method refers to the method that free free water and a part of weakly bound water in soft soil foundation soil are discharged from cathode under the action of electric field,so that soil is drained and consolidated.Electrodynamic chemical grouting is a method to improve the consolidation speed of electroosmosis drainage and to further improve the strength of soil.On the basis of electroosmosis method,chemical grout is poured into electrodes.The grout moves directionally under an electric field and undergoes a series of chemical-physical reactions with soil particles to modify and reinforce the soil.Traditional vacuum preloading method or surcharge preloading method has the disadvantages of long construction period,poor uniformity and low strength of soil after reinforcement.The electrodynamic chemical reinforcement method is to add electrodynamic chemical grouting on the basis of the traditional electroosmosis drainage method,so that on the basis of electroosmosis drainage consolidation,the soil body can undergo a series of physical-chemical reactions with the soil by injecting a chemical solution matched with the soil layer into the anode,so that the structure of the soil body is changed,the connection strength between soil particles is enhanced,and the strength of the soil body is also improved.This paper describes the development and research status of electro-chemical reinforcement method,and carries out reinforcement research on soft soil of a project in Zhuhai City,which is summarized as follows:1、Summarize the development and research status of electroosmosis drainage consolidation method and electrokinetic chemical grouting method;2、Elaborated the routine treatment method of soft soil foundation in Zhuhai area;3、Through indoor electro-osmotic drainage consolidation test of Zhuhai soft soil,the parameters such as electric potential gradient,current,energy consumption and the variation law of soil bearing capacity at different ages after power supply is stopped are studied.4、According to the rules obtained from indoor tests,large-scale field tests are carried out,and the shear strength of the cross plate of the reinforced soil body is increased by 8-10 times compared with the reinforced strength;5、The soft soil in flowing plastic state in Zhuhai area was reinforced by electro-chemical grouting,which solved the engineering problem that the bearing platform could not be excavated in the project.
