With the development of modern industrial technology,prefabricated buildings have become the mainstream of urban construction.Prefabricated buildings adopts standardized design,factory production,assembly construction,information management and intelligent application,which makes the construction industry change to a green and energy-saving direction,and has become a representative of modern industrial production mode.In the design process of prefabricated buildings,many designers often make the structural design unreasonable and fail to meet the economic and reasonable requirements due to the lack of practical experience and other reasons.Therefore,designers must design prefabricated components in strict accordance with the requirements of prefabricated building design drawings to avoid affecting the construction quality and efficiency of prefabricated buildings due to the reasons of the design stage of the building.This paper introduced the prefabricated building and its characteristics from nine aspects.Taking the 11 stories prefabricated residential building in a city as an example,this paper introduced its engineering overview,design basis,material and load selection.The steel frame-shear wall structure system was analyzed in detail,and it is concluded that it is reasonable to use this structure system in this project.Then according to the basic layout principle of steel frame-shear wall structure and practical experience,the project was designed,and the optimized structural design scheme was proposed.Finally,PKPM software was used to model the structure before and after optimization,and the dynamic characteristics of the structure were compared and analyzed.The results show that the optimized structure was more economical,reasonable,safe and comfortable,and improved the seismic performance of the structure. |
