The vehicle dynamic load and the driving parameters observation are of great importance to calculate tire wear and to evaluate tire performance.A test system was researched and developed which could monitor the relative influence factors of remote vehicle load in real-time,which was funded by an enterprise project.This system is named Road Test Information Acquisition System,and the research is of high theoretical and practical application value.The main works are as follows.(1)Based on the determination of measuring principle and requests of system functions,the test parameters,major sensors and functions of software were designed,and the software and hardware structures of the test system were set up.(2)The hardware test system was designed and its major sensors and other hardware were selected and tested.The hardware system was established based on NI c RIO,which consisted of sensors,WSN wireless nodes,data acquisition modules and data acquisition device,etc.The sensors mainly included the GPS device,the ultrasonic sensors,the acceleration sensors,the TPMS sensors and the ambient temperature and humidity sensors,etc.Each sensor was connected to the c RIO by different data interface.The controller could synchronously acquire each sensor signal,which included the speed,the trajectory,the mileage,the distance between axle to the ground,the three-dimensional acceleration,the tire pressure and the temperature,ambient temperature and humidity,etc.(3)The software of the test system was designed based on Lab VIEW.According to the software function requests,the whole frame of software was set up,and the main technical means were determined.In addition,the function modules were divided,and the detailed algorithm flow were designed.The software programs mainly included the RT program run in the data acquisition device,and the host computer software run in the PC which uses Human-Computer interaction techniques.By the multi-threading architecture,the state machine control structure,the queue transmitting data method,the functional global variable and other technical means,the software accomplished data acquisition,display and recording operations reliably and in real time.(4)The real vehicle function verification of the test system was conducted,and the test results were analysed.According to the features of test vehicle,the sensors and data acquisition device were installed.The test results shown that the test system can reflect the road condition and driving severity information in real-time.Besides,the tire load comparison of the model prediction value with the practical test value has great consistence,which verified the test system with great reliability,significance and application value.
