The safety and reliability of the advanced support in working face is an important factor that affects the high yield,high efficiency and safety production of coal enterprise.The traditional method of the advanced support in working face can not meet the requirements of high yield and high efficiency from the aspects of roadway driving and support speed,operability,safety and reliability,etc,which has become a technical bottleneck restricting intelligent mining.In order to meet the requirement of intelligent mining,it is necessary to reform the traditional method of the advanced support in working face.In this thesis,taking the track roadway of No.23 upper 616 working face in Chaili Coal Mine as the research object,adopting the research method of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,laboratory test and field measurement,grouting anchor cable is used to replace the single hydraulic support in the mining roadway of working face.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the study of the distribution law of the advanced abutment pressure in the fully mechanized working face,the distribution law of the advance supporting pressure and the obvious influence range of the advanced abutment pressure in working face are obtained,which provides the basis for the selection of the shortest time(distance)of the advance supporting in mining roadway.(2)The grouting test on broken rock mass shows that,within a certain range,with the increase of water-cement ratio,the viscosity of grouting slurry decreases,the flow performance increases,and the diffusion range increases.It is revealed that the reason for the increase of the strength of grouting-reinforced body is due to the diffusion and consolidation of the slurry in the cracks and the mesh skeleton effect.(3)Through the uniaxial compression test of grouting reinforcement,the influence of water-cement ratio of slurry on grouting effect is studied,which provides theoretical support for the selection of reasonable water-cement ratio of slurry.(4)Based on the theory of natural balance arch,combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the expansion development of natural balance arch under the influence of mining is studied and analyzed,and the leading support strength is defined.And the support parameters are calculated theoretically.Based on the support parameters,a variety of support schemes are proposed.The optimal support scheme is determined comprehensively.by contrasting the support effect of different schemes with numerical simulation(5)The optimal scheme of grouting anchor cable is applied to the track roadway of No.23 upper 616 working face.The results of field monitoring show that the deformation of the surrounding rock in the advance section of the track roadway is effectively controlled.The roadway space can meet the production requirements of ventilation,pedestrian and material transportation,and the advanced support scheme is safe and feasible.The successful application of grouting anchor cable instead of traditional support method in advanced support of working face is of great practical significance for high yield,high efficiency and intelligent mining of coal mine. |
