| Monorail hanging anchor drill truck plays a key role in the production process of mine excavation operation.In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s coal industry,as an important energy in China,the demand for coal is also increasing day by day,and the production of main coal producing areas is also rising.Moreover,the production and safety of coal are related to the national energy strategic layout and an important part of whether the national economy can achieve sustainable development.Therefore,increasing coal output is an important topic for the development of China’s coal industry.How to achieve the goal of high yield,high efficiency,safety and reliability has become the core issue of whether the coal industry can develop further.In the production process,the monorail suspension anchor drill truck can improve the mining efficiency and ensure the production safety through effective support.As the most critical part of the anchor drill truck,the research on the manipulator has become the top priority.Therefore,this paper will mainly focus on the following aspects to design the mechanical arm:First,the development status of monorail suspension anchor drill truck at home and abroad is deeply explored,the overall structure of the anchor drill truck manipulator is introduced in detail,the three-dimensional modeling of the manipulator is conducted using Solid Works three-dimensional design software,and the main structure and working principle of the manipulator are described.After the assembly of the assembly body is completed,the whole mechanical arm shall be checked for interference to ensure that the assembly body has no interference,so as to verify its correctness.Secondly,the finite element analysis method is introduced.In order to effectively avoid the resonance phenomenon during the operation of the rock bolt drill truck,the simulation plug-in is used to carry out the static analysis and modal analysis of the key structure of the rock bolt drill truck,providing a certain reference for the design of the rock bolt drill truck.Thirdly,according to the actual operation of the mechanical arm,determine several common dangerous working conditions when the mechanical arm is in the fully extended state,and carry out simulation analysis on the virtual prototype of the mechanical arm under several dangerous working conditions according to the dynamics theory and dynamics analysis software Adams,to obtain the displacement,speed Acceleration and force change curve.Fourthly,the optimization design theory and the three key steps of establishing the optimization model are proposed to analyze,optimize and check the key components of the manipulator,and finally achieve the optimization results that meet the design standards.In this paper,the mechanical simulation and modal analysis of the key mechanism of the monorail suspension anchor drill are carried out,which not only provides a certain degree of theoretical reference for the actual production operation and technical standards of the anchor drill in the future,but also gives some practical guiding significance and technical support for the optimization of the robot arm of the anchor drill in the future.Figure [82] Table [13] Reference [84]... |
