| Coal has always been the main fossil energy,and its safe and stable supply is the guarantee of economy and people’s livelihood.Drum shearer is the main equipment in coal mining.The replacement of manpower by machinery can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce the risk factor of underground operations.The height adjustment of the drum is the key to the work of the shearer.Due to the large inertia and nonlinearity of the drum,it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy and stability in actual control.On the other hand,most of the current research on shearer height adjustment remains at the level of software simulation,which cannot guarantee the accuracy of the parameters used and the impact of actual use.In this paper,taking the MG720 shearer as the research object,the crowd search algorithm is used to optimize the PID controller,which improves the accuracy and stability of the height adjustment.Finally,a semi-physical simulation platform is built based on the shearer height adjustment experimental bench developed by the research group to verify the performance of the controller.The structure and working principle of the shearer height adjustment system are analyzed,the electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve is used in the height adjustment circuit,the mathematical model of the height adjustment control system is established,and the transfer function and mathematical relationship of the relevant links are deduced.In order to optimize the PID parameters,the crowd search algorithm SOA is studied.The SOA-PID controller is designed by using its optimization characteristics,so that the control effect of PID can reach the best.Simulink simulation shows that the system precision adjustment time is shortened by 21.9% and the optimization time is shortened by 67.7% by SOA-PID,which effectively improves the performance of adjustment.Based on the semi-physical simulation platform and the shearer height adjustment experimental platform,a semi-physical simulation platform for shearer height adjustment is built,and the relevant software and hardware systems are designed.The height adjustment is simulated under different working conditions,and the experimental results show that the SOA-PID control method has good tracking characteristics,and the control accuracy is improved by 50% compared with the traditional PID control method.The semi-physical simulation technology is used in the research on the height adjustment of the shearer,which ensures the authenticity of the experimental and actual reduction degree and the data,and provides a reference for the research on the automatic control of the shearer.Figure [54] Table [10] Reference [81]... |
