With the strategy of the high yield and efficient mine development implementing step by step.Coal-winning machine Raise system and its control technology is a technical bottleneck restricting the level of automation of the face. At home and abroad coal-winning machine is still can’t realize full automation control stage so far. Coal-winning machine drum part most use artificial raising way to adjust the rollers. Artificial raising unable to adjust the roller height resulting in damage to the drum and less efficient coal mining, resulting in a waste of a lot of resources, At the same time, it may causes a gas explosion and other accidents on security issues.The research of this paper is based on the author’s mentor application of provincial natural science foundation of Anhui."Monitoring system of shearer Electro-hydraulic proportional height adjustment", The project in view of the present system of Coal-winning machine Raise system which can’t achieve automatic control present situation, the application of proportional technology to optimize the design of traditional Coal-winning machine Raise system, so as to achieve adjusting the roller speed and accurate controlling of trajectory of the coal-winning machine.The thesis use Mitsubishi PLC and Century Star configuration software to design a set of the monitoring system of strong pertinence and applicability for this raise system.In this paper, By analyzing the principle of coal-winning machine automatical Electro-hydraulic proportional technology, Combined with the monitoring system needed to achieve the function,The PC dynamic monitoring picture was designed and PLC ladder diagram program was wrote; lower place machine PLC control system was designed; the connection between PLC and PC and the data transmission between PLC and field acquisition system were established, and all the hardware in the system for selection was designed.The monitoring system was used to do test bench hardware and software co-simulation by hydraulic comprehensive test bed in our school, The results shows that the coal winning machine automatically adjustable high electrohydraulic system monitoring which design by PLC and Century Star configuration software meet the design requirements of the project. the whole monitoring system of the man-machine interaction interface is intuitive,and it is simple to control the process and set up system parameters, that improve the level of the coal winning machine automation monitoring.The monitoring system can play a guiding role for safe and efficient production of coal mining enterprises.It can improve the automation level of coal production, while the design of the monitoring system will also have a certain reference and guidance in the field of the development of the monitoring system.
