As an important facility in production and transportation,the underground coal bunker can ensure the normal operation of mining area transportation and roadway transportation,play a role of regulating unit in the transportation process,and improve the reliability of the underground transportation system.However,in the process of coal storage,the raw coal in the bunker will adhere to the side wall of the bunker or near the outlet due to the influence of such factors as water content,temperature change and the length of storage time,which will lead to the reduction of the service volume of the bunker or even blockage.At present,the main cleaning methods for underground coal bunkers are manual cleaning and air cannon cleaning.Manual cleaning has many problems,such as long cleaning cycle,low cleaning efficiency,high labor intensity and high operational risk.The air cannon cleaning efficiency is higher than manual cleaning,but only a few fixed positions can be cleaned,and improper installation may lead to unsatisfactory cleaning effect.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a pneumatic cleaning device for the side wall of raw coal bunker,and the main work contents are as follows:1.Firstly,according to the usage scenarios and requirements of the underground coal bunker cleaning device,the cleaning process of coal accumulation on the side wall of the coal bunker is analyzed,the overall design scheme of the cleaning device is determined,and the mechanical structure scheme of the cleaning device is designed.The mechanical structure parts such as the supporting arm,the working arm and the rotary mechanism are designed and the key components are selected and calculated.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to simulate and analyze the key structure,so as to verify the rationality of the design and optimize the structure according to the results.2.Secondly,according to the application scenario of the cleaning device,the function and use requirements of the pneumatic system are determined,the schematic diagram of the pneumatic system is designed and the key components in the system are selected and designed.At the same time,AMESim modeling and simulation software is used to model and simulate the pneumatic circuit of the working arm,and the influence of each structure in the system on the performance of the control system is studied.3.Then,the function of the control system in the process of coal bunker cleaning is analyzed,and the scheme design of the control system is completed,and the hardware equipment selection,PLC program design,PC interface design and communication scheme design between the host computer and the lower computer are completed.4.Finally,according to the physical prototype produced by the design scheme,the control system and the pneumatic system are verified,and the expected action of each actuator is realized,which verifies the design rationality of the pneumatic cleaning device for the side wall of the raw coal bunker.Figure 69 Table 13 Reference 62...
