The gas adsorbed in the coal will be completely released and will undergo a long desorption process.In the production of the coal mine type coal preparation plant,the raw coal will be transported from the mine and then passed through the transportation belt for a period of time and then enter the original coal bunker.Gas will remain in the raw coal.Gradually desorbed from the coal slowly over time.Because the original coal bunker of the mine type coal preparation plant stores more coal,has a longer retention time and a relatively closed environment,it is easy to cause gas accumulation and even cause an explosion accident,which poses a serious threat to the safe production of the coal preparation plant.Through the research on the gas flow law of coal storage bins,it provides a rational basis for the problem of controlling the gas overrun of raw coal bunker.In this paper,the combination of theoretical analysis,experimental research and numerical simulation is carried out.The following research is carried out: using the theory of fluid dynamics of porous media,combined with the layout characteristics of coal preparation plant and the adsorption characteristics of coal particles,the natural analysis experiment of scattered coal gas is carried out.The natural coal at the raw coal bunker belt is naturally desorbed to obtain the gas release law under different temperature conditions.Referring to the principle of fluid dynamics of porous media,combined with the actual situation of coal storage bins in Tiedong Coal Preparation Plant,the physical model and mathematical calculation model of the original coal bunker were established,and the numerical analysis of the internal air flow vector field and gas concentration distribution of the original coal bunker was carried out.The simulation study is carried out,and the characteristics of gas flow inside the original coal bunker are analyzed.The three conservation laws of momentum,energy and mass conservation of controlled fluid dynamics are applied to establish the gas flow under the natural ventilation conditions of the original coal bunker and the forced ventilation measures.The description model derives the gas concentration distribution under different ventilation conditions inside the coal storage bin,and ventilates the coal storage bin of the Tielong Coal Preparation Plant.Through the simulation results under different transformation conditions,the best transformation plan was selected to provide a theoretical guidance for the accurate and efficient treatment of the gas concentration of the original coal bunker in the Tiedong Coal Preparation Plant.The paper has 106 pictures,14 tables and 57 references.
