Human beings can survive and develop on the earth,is based on the background of the earth’s rich land resources,in order to meet the needs of human development,in the process of development,the land cover changes with the change of land use mode,so that the land ecosystem changes,affecting the local area of land ecological security changes.Therefore,it seems that there is a close link between land-use change and land ecological security,and understanding the relationship between them plays an important role in achieving sustainable land use and rational planning of land resources.Through reading a large number of literature,we deeply understand the research on human-land relationship,ecological economy,sustainable use and systems theory,land ecological security evaluation and deep learning Deeplab V3+ model,and use these theories and studies to classify land use types in the research area,and then perform LUCC analysis on the research area.Through the PSR(pressure-state-response)model,the land ecological security evaluation index system was constructed from three aspects in the study area,and the comprehensive index method was used to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the land ecological security level in Youxian District from 2004 to 2021.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The land use types in Youxian District are mainly forest land and cultivated land.In the past 17 years,the land use type has changed significantly,and the construction land area has increased to varying degrees in each township and street,among which the most obvious change value is mainly the main urban area in the west of Youxian District and the adjacent areas along important transportation routes.On the whole,cultivated land still showed a decreasing trend,forest land showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and the area of grassland,water body and unused land changed little.(2)The spatial transformation between feature types was obvious,and there were interrelated transformations between various land types,and the changed area accounted for39.56% of the total area,indicating that the land type transfer in Youxian District was more active during the study period,and the conversion area from construction land to forest land was mainly distributed along the Fujiang River.The conversion of woodland to construction land is located along important urban transportation routes;The conversion of woodland to arable land and woodland to grassland were mainly located in gentle areas,and human activities were active.The conversion of cultivated land to construction land is mainly located in the economic development zone of Youxian District,where human activities are active;The conversion of arable land to forest land is mainly located at the township boundary,the area before the transfer of human activities.(3)The land ecological security index showed an overall increasing trend.The safety index of 10 townships including Songya Town and Xiaofanggou Town changed little,indicating that the study area paid more attention to the ecological environment while the rapid development of urbanization,which promoted the coordinated economic,social and ecological development of Youxian District.The land ecological security of 13 townships including Fenghuang Township and Taiping Township has reached a relatively satisfactory state,mainly because the ecological environment is less affected by humans,the vegetation coverage rate is high,the regional development index,population density and other indicators are better than those in the western urban area of Youxian District,and the land ecological security situation is relatively good.
