Safety production plays a crucial role in safeguarding public well-being,promoting economic development,and maintaining social stability.The paint industry falls within the hazardous chemical production sector,which entails inherent safety risks throughout its production and usage processes.Conducting risk assessment studies on safety production within the paint industry holds significant importance as it enhances understanding of industry-specific safety risks,establishes a foundation for accident prevention,and facilitates the sector’s healthy and orderly growth.Risk assessment aims to analyze and identify operational risks,enabling the implementation of appropriate measures to mitigate these risks.This thesis focuses on the identification,analysis,and evaluation of safety production risks at JR Paint Company.Statistical analysis revealed that approximately 80% of accidents result from non-compliance with operating regulations within the company.Chemical leaks are identified as the most common accident type,accounting for 45% of incidents at JR Paint Company.Severe consequences primarily arise from mechanical injuries,falling from heights,and lifting accidents.Through the utilization of checklist methodologies and expert group discussions,a table detailing safety production risk factors specific to JR Paint Company is constructed,thereby determining the significance of each risk factor.Subsequently,on-site investigations and inspections are conducted at JR Paint Company to identify hazardous factors,with key causes including unsafe materials,human factors,and inadequate management.In the case analysis of safety production at JR Paint Company,the weights of various risk factors are calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),facilitating the evaluation of their relative importance.Results demonstrate that the weighted total score of safety risks at JR Paint Company amounts to 827.65.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is employed to identify high-risk and moderately high-risk elements within JR Paint Company.The overall safety risk assessment score for JR Paint Company is 1.56,which falls within the high to moderate range.It is recommended to propose improvement measures specific to each aspect to address the identified risks and enhance safety performance.The "risk identification and hazard control" "compliance review" "self-examination and improvement" "operational safety" and "implementation of safety responsibilities" constitute critical high-risk areas warranting focused attention and improvement.Furthermore,this thesis proposes optimization measures for safety production at JR Paint Company,including:(1)optimizing safety management systems through the establishment of robust safety protocols,production inspection mechanisms,and supervision systems;(2)strengthening safety assessments by implementing individual safety performance evaluations,improving data collection and record-keeping methods,and further integrating assessment results into practice;(3)fostering a safety culture by refining safety cultural ideologies,creating a conducive environment for safety culture,and enhancing safety culture education while promoting exemplary safety practices;(4)conducting diverse safety training activities encompassing safety laws and regulations training,analysis of safety accident cases,and organizing safety-oriented business competitions.This thesis provides theoretical support and scientific assurance for safety production within JR Paint Company.
