Magnetic abrasive finishing technology is an unconventional finishing method w hich uses magnetic force to realize micro grinding.Magnetic abrasive is an important grinding medium in magnetic abrasive finishing,and its quality determines the proces sing effect.Therefore,it is very important to prepare magnetic abrasive with good perf ormance.This thesis first expounds the development status and processing characteristics o f magnetic abrasive finishing technology at home and abroad.Secondly,the developm ent process of magnetic abrasives,the composition and properties of abrasives,and se veral commonly used preparation methods are briefly introduced.The grinding model of magnetic abrasive in finishing process is established,and the particle size ratio and ratio are explored.The failure modes of magnetic abrasives in different processing sta ges are analyzed to find out the failure reasons so as to prolong their service life.This thesis mainly analyzes and studies the two key preparation processes of sint ering process and pressing process.The influence of various factors on the sintering ef fect of magnetic abrasive in the sintering process was simulated by finite element met hod.The effects of heating rate,holding time,body shape and number of heating plate s on the quality of magnetic abrasive were analyzed,and the optimized sintering proce ss parameters were obtained.Discrete element method is used to simulate the influenc e of various factors on the forming quality of magnetic abrasive blank in pressing proc ess.The influence of pressing force,pressing method,blank shape,friction coefficient and other factors on the forming quality of abrasive blank was analyzed,and the opti mized pressing process parameters were obtained.In order to verify that the prepared iron-based alumina magnetic abrasive particle s have certain advantages over the traditional parameters of the preparation of abrasiv e,performance comparison test.The sintering uniformity difference was compared by observing the macroscopic morphology of the abrasive body.By comparing the yield r atio data,check whether the abrasive body is effectively sintered.The 3D ultra-depth microscope was used to observe the surface of the workpiece and record the change tr end of the surface quality of the workpiece.The surface roughness meter is used to me asure the surface roughness before and after processing,and the grinding performance of magnetic abrasives is evaluated and analyzed. |
