Abstract/Summary:
At present,the main mining equipment of coal mining face has been mechanized and automated.However,due to the scattered layout of equipment,numerous monitoring points and bad environment,there is no good solution for the interconnection control of multi-machine.The realization of networking and intellectualization of mining equipment control is an important guarantee for high efficiency and safe production of coal mine.Based on the background of actual project and on the basis of investigating the existing control strategies or control systems of shearers,scraper conveyors,transporters,crushers and transporting belts in the corresponding coal mining face,this paper proposes to construct a remote centralized intelligent monitoring system of coal mining equipment based on Siemens S7-1200 series PLC and RS485 field bus technology.And to develop remote monitoring and information management platform based on WINCC configuration software and C# language.Firstly,the paper demonstrates the rationality of building a whole set of remote centralized intelligent monitoring system based on PLC.On the basis of analyzing common faults of coal mining equipment,a fault diagnosis method based on SOM neural network was proposed.Finally,the SOM neural network model suitable for fault diagnosis of shearer is designed based on MATLAB and the fault feature information of Shearer.The simulation results verify the rationality and correctness of fault diagnosis of coal mining based on SOM neural network.The overall design scheme of the whole set of remote centralized intelligent control and operation information management platform for coal mining equipment is described.The hardware selection and software flow design method of intelligent control cabinet and local operation box based on PLC are discussed.Considering the importance of Ethernet and RS485 technology in the process of system building,the network configuration difficulties that may be involved in the process of communication and connection of the system are discussed necessarily.Finally,the intelligent information management platform of the system is designed and developed based on Siemens WINCC configuration software,including to remote start-up and stop control of mining equipment,storage,display and query of running status information.The equipment operation information management platform in the form of WEB browser is developed and designed base on Visual Studio 2017 programming platform and C# language,and the design functions includes analysis of operation data,management of acquisition system,etc.
